Ok I have calmed down now and want to get some feelings across. We were promised at least one major signing and were all left a little dissappointed at the end of the window last night. I for one was delighted when I heard we were actually getting Sissoko. I thought, "there will be nobullying of our midfield from now on. And Loeman will get Sissoko playing like he is in a World Cup final every game. "
I then thought about it a bit and thought, "why did we leave it so late? Are we being a bit naive announcing it before he actually signs? " . then I remembered Nigel Martyn and his eventual signing for Leeds and thought, "something does not sit right here. "
Then with minutes to go, Everton announce that Sissoko is not signing and although wages, fees, medicals, transport were all arranged, Sissoko blanked us. He ignored Koeman's phone calls. Then I realised. He had manufactured the situation becaause he knew Spurs were trying to get him on the cheap. He set us up. He was really sneaky and did the dirt on us.
So I ask my fellow Blues, "Why direct your anger at Everton FC for this deceptionthat was carried out against our club? Surely not even Spurs are to blame here? They just went about their business as they say. However, Sissoko and his agents apparently approached Everton about a deal initially. so it really was a set up. Our management did what they could, when the could in a professional manner in order to arrange a transfer. " Of course after it was announced that he was going to Spurs, Everton put out a statement saying we were withdrawing our interest in the player. What else could they do? Sue him for wasting time?
I have my own suggestion here. It is a shame we have already played Spurs at home this season. let's hope we get them in a cup game. alternatively, when we play them at home next season, let's give Sissoko areal warm Goodison welcome and let him know exactly what we think of his ethics and honesty. But let's not blame Evertonfor this. If you are dealing with snakes, sometimes you get bitten.

It's not sissoko am bothered about its the hole window, we didn't really strengthen at all the only bit of strengthen we did was gueye, the new owner who was going to sign big player or at least a marque signing only spent 7.5 mil of his own money, this was the biggest disappointing window we had the only good Gd thing that happens was signing Koeman.

Success is the best revenge. Hopefully we can beat them at home and finish above them this season!

To be honest I can't believe that they wanted him. They have Dier, Dembele, Eriksen, Alli, Wanyama and Lamela. Where will he fit in?
