Its not looking good at the moment there's to many questions and no answers. Half the team must be concidering their position. I would like to see RM go and Joe Royal step in as interim manager with big Dunc and Kevin Sheedy assisting. Apart getting shut of Miralas and maybe taking Lennon part ex the players we have got are good enough at least better than the players we have been linked with they are just badly managed at present. I would wait to see what direction a new manager would take. thgfest

I certainly wouldn't let Mirallas go before the end of the season. Tell him straight he can go and that he is putting himself in the shop window between now and then. And any more penalty nonsense and he can explain why to Big Dunc in a locked room.

Much as I would like to see a change, I'm not sure Big Joe is the answer. That said he can not do any worse.

I was only suggesting Big Joe as a temp to give time to find the right man. I think the players are good enough they just need someone to get them playing as a team again. Miralas does not look like an Everton man anymore and just know we need everyone plaing for the team and not themselves.thgfest

I agree with you regarding Mirallas thg, my thoughts are he is a mercenary but he can get us goals, and if a change in management is made it is not going to be much before the window closes. If he knew he had his wish to go come June he has an incentive to play well.

I'm not against Big Joe, far from it, I just think if he wasn't able to manage to save us? From being the last Everton Manager to win silverware to being the man who got us relegated. It's very harsh for someone who has been such a great servant to the club.

That said, if he thought he could do it, I would have 100 times more faith in him than in el Bob.

Its all academic anyway because BK will not get rid, he is a showman and loves the trade, all Roberto has to keep doing is feed Bill the lines, stick to the script and he is safe.
