Now that it appears that Distin is out for a couple of weeks and Jagielka for a week or two more than that - plus Heitinga leaving and Duffy remaining away on loan - we are left with Alcaraz and Stones as our centre back pairing. If one of them is unavailable, who do you we play at centre back - Hibbert, or move Barry into defence, or go with one of the U21 (or U18) players, or recall Duffy? Or do we just hope that we can bring a player (permanent or loan) into the squad - probably as a direct replacement for Heitinga (which we'd probably be doing anyway whatever the current injury situation).
Can anyone add to my (sorry) rambling?

I think the injury to distin means heitinga deal is off at least until the very end of the window
