Anyone done the Premier League predictor on tv sport yet? I did mine and I had us finishing top on 108 points and the Redrubbish getting relegated with 9 points. I'm not biased.

Realistically after listening to McArthy rave on about Martinez the master tactician and looking at our current position I do not hold out much hope. Moyes has gone to Utd and has them in the same position he had us finishing in. Martinez has come to us and guess what he has us finishing in the same position Wigan finished in season in season out. I just do not get what McArthy is talking about. Having said that I will support Martinez because he is our manager, but he needs to get realistic and not be so stubborn.

Give it a rest mate its only 3 games into the season and if memory is right apart from last season this is how we always start. At Wigan Martinez did not have the squad we have and he has made additions that he wouldn't of been able too if he was still at Wigan. We have taken the best players from Wigan and every new manager always goes back for players from the previous club.McCarthy will be a class player for us and we have the prospect of the best midfield pairing in the prem come few years time in McCarthy and Barkley IMO. Come back with 3 games to go and if situation is the same then I will eat humble pie.
untill then let's be positive hey,

I bloomin hope Kenwright doesn't leave it as long as 3 games to go. I would much rather take up your offer once we are half-way. I did not criticise McArthy by the way, I think he is a good player. You are right about our Squad and particularly our midfield. let's see what happens over the next 3 games.

We all have our opinions. We will have to see. I have already said that I support the Manager. I also criticised Moyes, sometimes it was excruciating and baffling watching some of his decisions, but our first 3 games under him would have returned 4 if not 5 points. However, with our latest Manager, we seem to have a man full of excuses and rhetoric. It is alright playing good football but we need results.
