Baines & Felli WILL go to United before the window closes. This is a pure negotiation process with EFC trying to get the best deal possible - both have given great service and want CL football.

We will get McCarthy and 2 other players. We will also see;

1) Bale to Madrid
2) Ronald to United
3) Rooney to Chelsea

All these stories about new players, Rooney etc are just madness. The Club's finances have not changed in the past 6, 12, 48 months - apart from a little more cash from SKY is the same for all clubs.

Nothing changed we still have no real cash and can only buy big after selling players. The simple facts are the our T/O is Â£80m and;

LFC (RS) T/O is Â£200m
UNITED T/O is Â£500m
City have oil money
Chelsea have Roman

We need to stop kidding ourselves and remember until we either get 1) a rich owner or 2) a new stadium we will ALWAYS be a selling club.

I agree with u and I think we are miles away from either can't see2nd one happening till the first one does but at what price if bk sells both I think Martinez will get some cash prob half of it and other half to banks I feel bill has no other option than to reduce the debt in order to sell but I still don't see why we can't spend 15 - 20m a season other clubs do without rich sugar daddies norwich are hardly rolling in money or west ham and with finishing high up table surely we got more money we have lost moyes Neville and a few others so wages should be same with players brought in and we spent 7 million or so and I don't expect we are paying the kid from Barcelona much as its in there interest we have him for a year at the moment we have a better squad than last year due to the fact the 4 that's been brought in and a style of play that will improve our players we have also got barkley who potentially save us 15 to 20 million I think Jelavic will be better and surely will score more goals but I think we will struggle to keep up with spurs or Liverpool as they have spent big spurs taking there spending to near 100million which says bale has gone are season will depend on 2 things
1: if wee keep our team we have now pray our strikers come good

Theirs is unfortunately close to 200m. I think its more like 180, but twice ours anyway.

Hate to say but lfc turnover is 190m compared to our 80m fact

Everton blue for 53 years. Our t/o is generally 80-82M. Theirs is roughly 184m. You can add probably another 30M to both as a result of the new tv deal.

There's an old saying " sales for show, margin for dough" liverpool may turn over much more than us but they make the same profit . Fook all! They have been making an operating loss for the last 3 seasons. They have to make CL to stop the decline. {Ed007's Note - It's too late to stop the decline unless some sneaky Russian or a Sheik buys them. I can't say I'm not enjoying it.}
