Well. Niasse deal to Cardiff finally done. Loan with option for permanent deal. Hopefully opens space to bring striker in.

Agreed big c. Tried hard and handled himself with dignity but always looked like a giraffe on an ice rink. Hopefully a striker in to score some goals and push us upwards.
We just seem to be an emasculated male model atm. We look good just no penetration.

Big thank you indeed. Looked like a Giraffe on an icerink indeed, not good enough for the Prem is another shout. Treated like something off the bottom of Koemans shoe and yet did indeed carry himself with dignity. I wonder then exactly what we think we are looking for. This is the same Niasse that given his stop start, stop start, appearances, still managed to score goals for us and may I dare to say a couple of quite important ones. Ask ourselves this, currently Richarlison - an undoubted talented footballer - is undergoing the same winter malaise he had at Watford (as is his then and now Manager funny enough) , yet this lad is indispensable. Have/ did we ever see Niasse given a run of games, I cannot think of a run can anyone. Any way good luck to the lad. As a final, his wages gone do not cover anywhere near enough, if the rumour about the Chelsea lad is to be believed.

We aren’t going to pay what Chelsea want for Batshuayi. There’s no guarantee that he’s any better than Tosun. We have goal scorers at the club, we just don’t have anyone with the guts to give them a run in the team.
