Having read quite a lot about Silva over the last few weeks, I have to say I am quite excited about what he could do with the likes of Davies, DCL, Vlasic, Lookman and Holgate.

He comes across as a great man manager and seems very meticulous in his planning and training methods.
This young talent we have at Everton could really do with someone like him working with them.

Let's hope we can add a couple of quality signings aswell and ship out some of the ones who don't want to be here.

I'm sure Brands and Silva have identified who they want and who goes and stays just hope Lookman stays next season ship out Bolasie plus Williams he definitely needs to go.

I am sure we will see more articulate type of players coming in to the squad rather than some of the thugs and hooligans we have had. I am also sure Silva will coax out the skill and encourage confidence in the players Allardyce froze out.
