Just reading Sandro close to agreeing a deal with A. Madrid and will register him in January, my point is what is the point in ban as it makes a mockery of the punishment if this is true, either they can buy or not none of this pre contract rubbish, what is the point in a transfer windows.

Mate, if he wants to sit on the sidelines for 6 months then play second fiddle to Griezmann and probably lacazette, not to mention perhaps Costa, sit of the bench gathering dust, blowing any chance of sneaking into the Spain WC squad, then let him.

Oh don't get me wrong that does not bother me, it's the fact that the ban should mean ban which includes no pre contract if Sandro wants to wait for the deal in January then that's ok, it's like Man City agreeing deals already, these players are already wearing team track suits, it's just my opinion that how come these players can walk around in Man City gear when they are registered for other clubs either we have a transfer window or not, it would be like lukaku doing a interview for Man Utd tomorrow wearing there shirt while we're paying his wages, sorry it's quite simple rule no deals till window is open. Sorry for rant maybe one day it will back fire by a player getting injured and fails a medical leaving buying club in a mess.

He won't be sitting around. They loan him back to Malaga till January.

Hmm. You can't loan back someone you haven't bought. A Madrid cannot buy anyone till January th only thing they can do is agree a deal in principle and hope Sandro sticks to it. I think Sandro would want assurances griezman would be moving on and that he would get game time if Lazaette is signed in January. He has also stated in the press he isn't discussing his future until after the U21 championships which is June 30th.

Unfortunately they can buy him, they just can't register him as their player. Makes a mockery of the 'transfer ban' IMHO. Either they are banned or they aren't. Typical weakness shown by both UEFA and FIFA.

Agree, didn't realise they could buy and only not register players. Lenient as usual from the top brass.
