Will Koeman be given a budget to spend this summer or will the Board give him unlimited backing?

Just for arguments sake, if we sold Barkley and lakaku for let's say £100 million, and say they put aside £100M for new transfers, would we then be able to spend 200 million on new transfers or would there be a limit.

I think he means if Koeman gets a budget of £100m with the sales would it be £200m which mathematically it would be.

Heard that all before, haven’t we all?! we might have 200 mill but I would be impressed if they spent around 100 mill and the actual sum might be even less.
