Just read that too. I am guessing we are closer to their valuation than Spurs. same as with a number of players. these players would rather play with Champions League clubs but when they do not offer enough the "selling" clubs refuse to deal. looks like a 10.59pm signing spree with the risk of one or two missing out. oh the joys of the transfer window!
