Reports saying we are having "issues" with Witsels personal terms that's why he hasn't signed yet maybe just a rumour but looking likely a move to Napoli is closer than us.

Ed, why is it that every year you can bet your house and your life savings that Everton will be one of the slowest at signing players? If this rests with Robert Elstone is there a chance under the new regime that he could be replaced? I find this situation very frustrating, especially when Leicester, West Ham and the like can get deals done quickly. What are your thoughts?
