Me too would like him to have some say in the running of the club, but I don't think it works that way but he gave us his word he will only sell to buyers that have our best interests at heart and can take us to the next level for the long run I trust him on this.

Just like to add that the Americans are supposed to have people involved in this consortium on both sides of the Atlantic I'm sure there are some wealthy people involved these two are just heading the consortium, I really believe this could be a good move they are no mugs in the buisness world so imagine what they could do for The Everton brand big sponsorships new stadium investment in the team hopefully competing for the league again I know my brain is running away with me right now but it could be just what we needed.

{Ed025's Note - lets not get carried away yet stef, nothing concrete yet mate and no promises over the stadium or signings.. lest we forget the gillette and hicks saga across the park, i dont want to put a dampener on things or spoil anyones dreams i just think we should play it by ear, it does sound promising though mate..

Is no body except me worried about these Americans and there motives? I know we've been crying out for investment for years but something doesn't seem right with this to me. Sorry for the negativity.
