Everton scout was at the Montpellier Monaco Match to watch Emmanuel Riviere. Is he any good?

He was below average, at best, last season at Toulouse, but has looked a lot better this season, at Monaco. I, personally, do not want him. In my opinion, He is only doing so well because he's in a poor league with a very strong team, and I don't believe he could cut it in the prem, but, who knows?

Grew up watching st Etienne where he started. Below average is right. Have to disagree with point about poor league.
