Love Rocky, a true legend, always remember this snippet when he came to grace us with his presence
Sylvester Stallone clearly wants the world to know he's an Everton supporter.
The 60-year-old actor was wearing the football club's scarf proudly last Saturday - when he attended an Everton game.
But it seems the Rocky star hasn't taken the scarf off since - even yesterday, when he was shopping in Paris for women's shoes.
He was still showing off the scarf as he returned to the Dorchester Hotel last night. Stallone is in London for the premiere of his new movie Rocky Balboa tonight, and we wonder what he'll be wearing on the red carpet - the scarf or the shoes?

Tell me the logic behind selling Jelavic but buying and keeping Kone? What a waste of £5m

Could be just to make money on the betting covering it all for swansea even thou were favs

Ince won't go to Swansea. He turned down Cardiff because didn't want to uproot family. With everton he can still stay in the area so Everton odds on to sign him.

{Ed025's Note - I expect a couple this window to boost the club numbers Ben, but without spending a lot of dosh mate..

Mail says summer, Mirrors says tomorrow. Are we actually in for Mcgeady or is this more lazy journalism?

{Ed025's Note - we are in for him Matt, spartak want to get rid, so my guess would point to this window rather than summer..
Is the russian season finished yet Ed? If so then I would think that getting rid now would at least mcgreedys wages of their books so could well get him this month

moggs he won't talk about players from other clubs and won't confirm or deny interest in anyone, which is annoying but makes it all the more suprising who we get

With plenty of speculation about transfers this month I was wondering if we might get the ball moving earlier rather than later. Danny Ings at Burnley would imo be a good addition. His scoring record has been impressive this season, I don't think he'd expect huge wages and it wouldn't mean he'd have to relocate from one area of the country to another.
OK so Burnley would expect a sizeable fee but I reckon we'd compromise around the 4/5 million mark. Now before some people start complaining that that's too much for a Championship player, remember we paid 13 million for James McCarthy back in the summer from a Championship club; a fee that now looks a snip with the way he's slotted into the team alongside Gareth Barry.
Onwards and upwards. COYB

{Ed025's Note - I think you can at least double that davey,..
The difference between McCarthy and Ings is McCarthy has premier experience. that's why we ended up paying 13 million. Ings would be a expensive risk. I agree with ed that you can double the 4/5 million to get Ings.

With the stories that we are close to signing Dundee Uniteds Andrew Robertson, has there been any talk about us making deals to sign Ryan Gauld and John Souttar as well? Both look like special players, Ryan Gauld especially, and would be better targets in my opinion to Robertson considering we have Baines, Oviedo and Garbutt to play left back.

I agree mate. From what I've seen and read, Ryan Gauld looks a tremendous prospect. We should get in early and sign him up before someone else does.

Wrong.
Gauld(18) has great skill, lots ofpotential is hot/cold and only 5ft 5. Souttar (17)as a CH needs a lot of work, may end up CM.
Robertson(19) is the real deal and our best player - a snip at £1.5m plus addons though Robbie apparently thinks £750k
Scored 5 this season all from open play, will move forward to LM/LW in a year or two

Gauld although raw, young and only 5ft 5 is the closest playing style with januzaj to messi. I feel u are suggesting that being 5ft 5 can't make you a world class player? Gauld still has a long way to go, but believe he will turn out to be the better player of the three. Craighuytonblue
