Ssn are not reporting anything of the sort. On ssn Transfer (rumours) it says he has agreed to join WB or Everton.

Hearing/reading stories here about the Cerci deal being back on for £16M? And aparently Martinez is looking at Hatem Ben Arfa. Not a fan myself personally much rather Cerci! A lot of people on here saying Atsu and both Traore's done? Any clarity on any of this Ed's?

.Martinez has now convinced the Chelski hierarchy about Atsu having enough playing time & a deal has now been agreed, so Atsu will now be unveiled as Evertons next signing (on loan). Adama Traore is likely to then follow on loan after representatives from Barcelona flew in to London to thrash out a loan deal with Everton for the exciting 18 year old! Also, Lacina Traore on loan from Monaco is likely to happen before the end of the transfer window with Bobbie saving the rest of his funds for the January transfer window as he will then be happy with squad numbers after these 3 deals are done!

Atsu deal is back on. Posted this a few days ago but it never appeared. Reps from Barcelona have met with Bill in London re Adama Traore on loan, outcome unknown as yet
Would be chuffed if we got those 3 in, think our squad would be complete then. I for one would like to see lacina back, he seems unfairly critisced, along with Kone for 2 players who have played less than 10 games for the club between them, one who wasn't fully fit and one who had just come of the back of Ramadan. Would love to see them given a proper chance to prove themselves this year! COYB

Apparently we have put in a cheeky bid for Ben Afra at newcastle, don't know how true but he's a great player, apparently a trouble maker but at the right club he can be world class, can go for as cheap as 1.5 mill according to talk sport.

We desperately need a wide midfielder - preferably on the left as Mirallas can hold down the right hand side. Pienaar and McGeady not up to it . Oviedo out for a bit.
Where have the Atsu and Guardardo rumours gone Ed? Both would be great acquisitions.
We also need another striker . Lukaku seems on his own with Kone out and Mirallas and Naismith not specialists.

Mcgeady and pienaar not up to it? That's extremely harsh especially since pienaar has been one of the clubs best offensive players for years and Mcgeady has only been here half a year building up his fitness. Guardado and atsu are a step down from them as well and could only be used in a back up capacity to those aforementioned players. Both traores would be good acquisitions on loan Imo.

McGeady is far better than both Atsu and Guardado. We need more of an inside forward/ playmaker on the left than an out and out winger, anyway. Perisic would be ideal, but those rumours vanished.
Ben Arfa. everton preparing bid. Always wanted to see him at his full potential. RM can bring that out of him
