Couple more names thrown into the hat today. We’ve been mentioned alongside Spurs for Zaha - would definitely improve the team but can’t see it myself. Alcacer from Barce is another - doesn’t get in the team so might be interested - we already have one Spanish flop in the squad. Still very quiet everywhere on the transfer front - it’ll be a crazy few weeks after the World Cup!

{Ed002's Note - Toldra has said there have been enquiries from a Turkish team and three Premier League sides for Paco Alcacer (which are Southampton, Spurs, Fenerbahce and I think Everton, but that is very much speculation based on a recommendation made by Dave Worthington to Sam Allardyce) but he has yet to talk with Josep Segura about his future - game time will be critical if he does move which will likely rule out Spurs

James, I agree with Zaha, but Looking at your team next season, I cannot stress enough by going all out to land for me our most important signing of the summer, and that is getting a deal done for Celtics Tierney, we cannot afford to dither on this one and pull out what is needed to get him in, before we get gazumped.

Get Tierney and I will be one happy Evertonian.

Zaha just another one trick pony. They already fleeced us with Bolasie. Forget Zaha, work on Lookman. Will be just as good if not better.

Agree Woburn, plus they'll probably want 50m+ for Zaha.

What one trick would that be Woburn?

The lad has skill, pace and strength, can beat a man. Top that off with being determined, passionate and with a will to drag his team kicking and screaming to a win. Oh and he can score goals too.
He is far better than anyone we have in his position so not to want him is just NUTS and far from a one trick pony.

Big Nev. I don't understand that one mate, a back up left back being the most important. We 100 percent need one but could look elsewhere for a LB. CM and CB are more important as there are two gaping holes in the first 11 in those positions.
