Some rumours saying we are after cambiasso, unfortunately big wages. Is interesting to think if he could take the premier league on fire for a season or two with us. Cheers! :)

I like him, not the strongest or the quickest but is so calm on the ball, reads the game very well, can pick a short pass and can tackle, not bad but he is 33 I believe now, still that wouldn't be a problem but doubt he will join

It'd be like watching the legendary Graversly partnership again. That said, I agree with Mike. Would be a good addition, similar to Barry, but it's not a sustainable development to the squad. He'd contribute for 1, 2 seasons max.
2 seasons would probably do us as RM will probably take that long to identify and bring in all the players he wants.

Not based on today's performance I hope, he was superb and I don't just mean because of his goals. His all round play was excellent and he looked a threat all day. He is not top top quality but then again we cannot afford top quality so I would rather keep him unless we are signing Rooney as his replacement!
We have all heard that
Ed would you and everton fan's not like to see jelavic partner lukaku up front. I have said preiously that once jelavic got a goal that more will follow and I believe that to be the case. strikers can suffer long periods without scoring due to lack of confidence and once they score then more follow I just think that jelavic should at least now be given a chance and martinez should hold off until the summer before making any decisions. another point what if lukaku gets injured and martinez does let jelavic go without getting a replacement. anyway good luck to everton for the rest of the season hopefully top 4.

I hope we keep Jela, as I have always rated him. You can't fault his effort or his professionalism over the last 12 months, which have been pretty horrid for him. I hope that he can go on a run of goals now and get back to his best.

Espanyol will reject a proposal from an unnamed club for Everton target Thievy.
The striker, whose full name is Thievy Guivane Bifouma Koulossa, is believed to be attracting interest from Roberto Martinez following a successful loan spell last season at Las Palmas, where he scored 11 league goals.
