Apparently, allegedly etc. We can all speculate as much as we want. All will be revealed in the summer. I said months ago it will be the summer at the earliest before we know for sure about takeover.
Didn't see anything to change my mind. In the meantime I'll enjoy every game till the end of the season. Looking forward to game tomorrow. Odds are in our favour. Hopefully we pick up 3 points. Would like another clean sheet for Joel. Don't care if we only score 1. Three points would be very welcome.

Take 50% of the points Murf1000? That's not too optimistic. Apart from WB game, I think we're doing well as of late. Joel in goals improves the team a lot and we are not conceding many goals lately. Hoping that trend continues.
With Joel in goals and the defense getting into a rhythm that surely has to increase our chances of winning more games. The way the premiership is this season I don't think there is much need for us to fear anyone. Every team looks beatable.
I'm quietly confident of a strong finish to the season. Think Chelsea will be extremely hard to beat in FA cup. Climb the table that's what I'd like to see happening. Possible to finish in top 7. Wouldn't be a disaster of a season if that happens.

I think this is a solid plan as Bill can make sure the choices are made are in best interest for the club and fans as a whole as compared with a full takeover now which would allow them to do anything.

What are you talking about, Duncansmum? Why would that be a biproduct of a new stadium? If you're referring to the way Arsenal had to sell off there best players and work on a small budget, you'd know that Moshiri was highly critical of it in his open letter to the club.
Can people stop being so miserable? Certainly not talking about everyone, but this is the most excited I've been about this club in years. Obviously there's risk in a new owner/ shareholder, but there's a risk in literally everything that's ever happened, all about mitigation, which Kenwright's done incredibly well at.

Patience is required.
The Stadium issue is the most important in terms of the long term plan.
I'm confident this guy will deliver.
Just my thoughts but I've got a feeling Mr Ustinov may raise his head in the future.
He now owns 30% of arsenal and has spent millions and has NO influence in the running of that club.
Then his long time partner. expertise in Finance buys the largest stake in EFC.
News then comes through about opportunities to increase that stake in the future.
Bill could now well justify uttering those words 'WATCH THIS SPACE '

I like that theory Lance about Usmanov, not Peter Ustinov though mate as he always has his head in the stars, may part with his 30% then buy the other half of us later this year, dreaming.
