Heard we are monitering Blackburn & England u19 Captain Jack Oconnell as are Newcastle and Spurs, Good young left center back!

Because we definitely need another centre half

Just because we seem OK for centre backs at the moment shouldn't stop us scouting/monitoring other clubs' players. Who knows what could happen with our current players - injuries, loss of form, older players retiring and/or moving on, failure of young players to develop as we'd hope, transfer bids from other clubs meeting our valuations, etc., etc. - and the club would be remiss not to have options.

Centre half is a problem. Jonny H will leave at the end of the season, distan can't have long left and Duffy looks as though he's not going to make it. That leaves an ageing Jags who is right sided and young stones who may convert from right back. Unless Kev moves to centre forward when we would need another winger I would say centre half is as pressing as a centre forward
