Everton are sounding out a loan move for Chelsea's Oriol Romeu in January.
Romeu is struggling to get regular football at the Bridge and has recently been linked with a move to Valencia. However, Everton have now appeared as a possible destination.
Romeu has numerous midfielders ahead of him at Chelsea. The Blues have already allowed Michael Essien to be loaned out and it looks like they will be allowing Romeu to leave in January on a temporary basis.
Romeu needs regular football and Moyes is known to be keen on bringing in a midfielder.

Quite frankly, I can't see it being true as Moyes doesn't take young players from other clubs on loan, unless he will permanently sign them. If there's no view to permanent then he won't do it as he doesn't like developing other clubs' talent.
