Wigan want Yobo and Yak, Yobo also wanted by QPR. Hopefully we can shift the pair out soon and bring at least 1 in, though i wont hold my breath

Winning is the main thing not how we played i must say the sense of relief i felt after the game was great... well done blue boys, Bring on Villa, COYB a bit of consistency would be great.

So Fellaini has still not signed - if he doesn't sign this summer we're into Pienarr territory next year.
A 15m loss on a free trf would screw us badly - and at that point you have to wonder about the club management that lets a 15m walk out the door when we could have sold Felli for 15-20m and got barton in on a free. That 15-20m could have gone on a striker and winger.
I believe moyes is a great manager but this one may be the one that undoes him (and us) if it goes wrong.

Hopefully the club will have learned from the piennar fiasco and this will be sorted sooner rather than later. Felli could do with looking at piennar's current situation though and seeing that the grass isn't always greener on the other side. NSNO

Moyes says that everything is going well with the contract negotiations. As a fan looking in with little information, I would be "bricking" myself if I was not involved personally in this negotiation.

Arsenal after jags,arteta and felli, the french person will have to offer 55 million for all 3 of them Jags 15 mil arteta 15 mil and felli 20/25 mil, suppose it would pay off the debt with a little left over but we dont really wanna be losing them 3 without suitable replacments {Ed025's Note - absolutely NOT!..

Dont believe it, the frenchman is clearly out of his debt in this market, he apparetnyl bid 6mil for Gary Cahill?

If we got 30mil for Jags and Arteta I would be tempted because they are approaching 30 and 2 of the highest earners, it is sad, but we need to sell the players who are getting older now, because in 2/3 yrs they will be worth half and we will have no chance of replacing them.

Thats why 30mil for the pair would be nice, and we go and buy younger, cheaper players, my personal choice would be Onuoha, he has the physicality to be a beast in this league, would be 3rd choice CB behind Distin and Heitinga, but when Distin goes and he can step in. As for a midfielder, Holtby is the obvious choice for me, 7mil for his quality is an absolute bargain, buy him play him on the wing, and then we have Osman, Bilylaetdinov and Barkley to try and fill the Arteta role (would love to see Billy given a go centrally, think he would be very effective).

In total we spend around 11-12mil on 2 quality young players on cheaper wages and have change to buy another player (striker?) or unfortunately give the 19 odd mil to the bank.

How is Yobo a traitor? He wasnt willing to be a 4th choice CB and wanted to leave, nothing wrong with that is there? Also, I find it hard to call a man a traitor who has represented the club 220 times, rejected the chance to play for Arsenal to stay at Everton and has given his all since 2002. So people are ridiculous, how can you put him in the same category as Lescott, who used us and immediately f***ed off. {Ed025's Note - yobo stated that he wanted to move to a bigger club, to win things (fenerbahce ha ha ) loyalty compromised in my book..

Definetly not going to Fenerbache, because of their exclusion from the CL they have apparently requested to be relegated because they cant handle their financhial situation as it is right now, so seriously doubt they could afford to buy someone {Ed025's Note - then give him away..

Over the top calling him a traitor He has been a great servant to the club during his time here and has been one of Moyes better signings. Sure we have moved on and progressed as a team since we bought Joey, but to call him a traitor for wanting to play first team football is ridiculous.

We're skint but we've got about 6 good defenders and no good reliable forwards.

FFS sell Jags (yes I know he's good and loyal, but we have cover at CB) and buy a decent forward

Moyes - we need a decent forward like defoe - stop collecting defenders just because you like them

Yobo could do a job for us and he's definitely worth more than a couple of million.

Yobo can be understudy to Heitinger and Distin - but we need a forward more than anything.

Also - Yakubu scores 11 for Leicester in 20 games - does Moyes think Anichibe would do that - yet Anichebi is ahead of the Yak

Sort ot out Moyes - you're losing the plot. {Ed025's Note - im a big moyes fan...but he does need to mix it up a bit..

I'd rather have Yobo and Yak back in the team to be honest. Yobo is, and always will be, class in my eyes whatever other fans think of him and Yak is 1000 times better than Beckford on his worst day. {Ed025's Note - its all about opinions mate....and yours are wrong..(only joking)..
