He is 100% not going to Manchester United, I have been assured by his girlfriend that Mccarthy will be on his way to Arsenal and they have already started to look at appartments in London. Fee is expected to be around 24 mill

He's banned from ALL football for 4 months, which means he couldn't play or train for anyone, regardless if he moves. This will hugely reduce his desirability, but won't lower Liverpool's asking price, so, annoyingly, he will almost certainly stay. Liverpool have (in a small way) benefited from this.
