I thought we played well in parts tonight and give credit to Oldham they did themselves proud, I thought croft and baines had a great respect for each other over the two ties. It was good to see Howard coming out and commanding his area, apart from the goal Distin was solid. I was thinking 1st half we kept the ball more playing possession football to feet maybe we better off without Fellaini because it to easy to launch it I not saying he no good and its not his fault but the other players mentality it was the same when we had bug dunc unsworth used to launch it. Mirrallas showed his quality and stepped up his game, when we played the football you could see jelavic making the runs through the middle rather than down the flanks I was hoping he would have scored tonight he did everything else right and deserved it. Luck wasn't with us tonight when baxter hit the ppst mind you we hit the post in the first game then the penalty that wasn't given. You did a penalty one of those things.

Thought our support wa superb and yours was poor.

From what i've seen you won;t win the cup but maybe get to the final if you get the luck.

WE WERE PROUD AND LOUD last nigth and now have over a million for the CUP run so that's great for a club our size. OTID

HOWARD is such a wuss on crosses very timid for a keeper, and goes down too easy.

By the way yuor support is shocking 28000 lmao outsung by 3949 and on telly as well. NICE AND EMBARRASSING that for your fans.

Thats not a bad turn up for a televised cup replay against a rubbish League 1 side.

Why are these puddings getting on our website?
Outsung? maybe. Outplayed? No. Outscored? No.
They can happily keep the title of best singers in football. We'll go for the cup winners title. {Ed025's Note - love it pablo..

Well done on your away support, I agree we never played that well we should of played you well off the park but even 30% was good enough, good luck on saving your relegation fight

Your Directors said we were the best away fans at your place for supporting their team, pity your fans don' do the same.

The whole of the UK and world has seen how poor Everton are after spluttering in to the next round against a team whose players cost nothing.

You won't win the CUP, Moyes will leave, TROPHYLESS AGAIN. PRICELESS.

Oldham weren't meant to get so far but we did and we gave you 2 good games and remember the name SMITH as even your defenders can't stop him. We won't go down either BUT YOU WILL WIN NOTHING. HAPPY Days

I used to have a bit of time for Oldham, but that's all changed when they have tits like you as fans, go back to your relegation battle in league one boy. the only reason you had so much support was because you were playing The Mighty Toffees, I would say pity you can't transform your fa cup form to your league form. but I wouldn't mean it, get back to your own site you tool!

ok blues. we all want the younger players to be given a go. my question is, now that 4th is looking less likely, would you be happy with moyes saying this season is over, with the exception of the fa cup, and giving the like of stones, duffy, barkley, lundstram, mcaleny just to name a few a few matches. the same goes for next year? would we be happy with moyes saying we are going to have a mid table finish next year to give these lads a full season of prem league experience to see if they can cut it? then the season after, play them again if they look up to it or transfer money that we won't have spend in the summer can be re-invested? basically what I am saying is why not give the yound players a chance next year, except mid table footy ( which is what we have been doing the last few seasons really anyway). that way we know there is a clear plan for the future. or would we rather spend money in the summer and more again with the inevitable sale of fellaini and never see these kids again? and realistically finish no better than 5th next season as that seems to be our limit with dm unfortnately. so spend money or give the youth a go? just a question to you blues

Id rather the young lads be eased in gradually which moyes doesn't seem to do, and imo should of been doing, and not to be dropping them after one bad game destroying there confidence in doing so. that way you still got a core of experienced players in your team for these young lads to learn from. if he would of been doing this over the years its possible we could of had the younger players ready by now to make the step up and to step straight into the first team. oh and lowering the average age down of our now ageing squad by the way.

Fair point jimmy. just an overall question to blues. I think undoubtedly a bit more youth is required, especially duffy as cover for distin who is getting on, a cm as cover for leon as he looks knackered now and is not influencing games really (despite 2 goals in 2 games I think his performaces I the past 1 or 2months have not been up to scratch) cover at left mid for pienaar who again like osman looks tired, and a cover striker. so duffy barkley and vellios really. too many players like osman and pienaar no they are not going to be dropped for a game or two to keep them on their toes.

any chance in granit xhaka from monchengladbach, think he'll be a great signing, and he'll be a long term replacement for osman when he retires
