Bill Kenwright said the ground will struggle to get safety certificate when pushing for the move to Kirby. This has since been denied by the club . Goodison will continue to receive it's certificate for the foreseeable future.

THIS IS KILLIN ME ! ! {Ed001's Note - I have not heard that about the safety certificate, none of the stewards have heard anything regarding that according to me Aunt, who is one. I wouldn't worry too much about that one, it is probably just a Liverpool fan winding you up mate. You are on a sell to buy policy, with Fellaini and Rodwell likely to leave to raise some cash, depending on injuries etc. But it seems things aren't as bad as was feared earlier in the season, you do need to finish the season in the top half though. The prize money can make a lot of difference when the budget is so tight. Moyes is returning to the lower leagues to look for players, there are a number of CCC players you are scouting ready. Though nothing will be settled until promotion/relegation issues are done as you are eyeing a few players from teams if they don't get promoted and a couple of players in teams that could get relegated. Someone at Cardiff is of major interest apparently, supposedly Bothroyd but I am not 100% it is him.}

Hi Ed, Big everton fan, do you have any idea on potential deals going on at Goodison. Hope Bainsey and Fellaini stay. Rodwell can go if the offer is right, he's under performed this season. I would like to see two more strikers personally maybe someone like Kevin Doyle and Miroslav Klose. Any chance of these two? Also a DM would be needed to replace Rodwell. A RB, CB, A Winger would also be nice. I think personally players that should leave are Bily, Anichebe, Gueye, The Yak and Vaughan. I would like to see Yobo come back to. So Ed what targets have you heard of? {Ed007's Note - If I'm honest mate, the only rumours I have heard are of people leaving, maybe even Moyes to Villa is gathering pace, sorry to be the bearer of bad tidings mate}

Why would Moysey want to go to Villa? He might get some money to spend but Villa will never get to our level and have a history of sacking managers before they have had chance to get their initials put on their tracksuits!
No take-over this season, Felli and Rodwell to go but don't expect too much spending. As usual the Toffees will wait until the last week of the transfer window to buy someone we've never heard of. Expect Villa and Spurs to buy everyone Everton are linked with as well!
