What is the point of this? He is awful, just a poor mans Gibson, and that is saying something. We may as well have kept Barkley if we want another midfielder.

If he proves his fitness, it could be okay. Rather have him sat on the bench and get Barkley some game time elsewhere. Our biggest weakness is depth of the squad so he could help.

Always liked Hitzleberger, sweetest left peg since Kevin Sheedy.
Hope he demonstrates the level of fitness that would secure a contract, Thomas is class and would prove a great addition to the squad.
