Ed what would you say our chances are of signing Ryan Gauld and John Souttar? Hearing we will bid for Souttar and that we are one of 4 EPL clubs looking at Gauld. {Ed025's Note - gauld is being watch by real madrid, man utd, and liverpool as well mate, i think we have a better chance of souttar, im not saying we are out of the running, just that it will be very difficult to sign gauld..

ed, about this ryan gauld, there seems to be a lot about him recently and he seems special, are we talking potentially one of the future best players in the world or are we talking he can be good but not world class?

He could turn into another james mcfadden lol. If we are interested then it depends if he wants to play first team football on a regular basis or sit on the bench at the likes of Manchester United and real or the the rubbish Ed

Anybody else notice the deliberate attempt to nobble Deulofeu, I think it was Allen but not certain, off the ball and unpunished. Deulofeu left limping for about 5-10mins. Rodgers myopia incredible.
The lad showed some fight and spirit this weekend I think he's ready now to be unleashed for a full 90 minutes.

I think he's still learning, he sometimes tries to dribble where he should be laying it off and vice versa - and quite often shoots when he should be squaring it. That said, he's a gem of a player and I think he will really develop and push for a starting place in the 2nd half of the season and I am looking forward to watching.
