We can dream about it all we like, but the likelihood of a manager of the calibre of Simeone coming to Everton at present is zero.
We might realistically appeal as a project to a talented manager/ coach who's just bel9w that top echelon at present.
Once we've won some Premier League titles, and a few domestic cups, and a European trophy or two, and recruited/ developed/ retained a squad of top quality players, and are playing in a modern, commercially successful stadium, then we can hope to attract the best managers/ coaches.
Until then, we must hope to bring in someone who can start delivering success.

Stay patient everyone. It may not be not be a quick announcement. When it's done amicably it can take a couple of days before an announcement.

I also don't expect a new manager in place until the summer but by the sounds of it there has been movement.

Andre Villas Boas has said in the past he does not wish to return to England due to past record, however if he was open to a return to the Premier League I would be happy with him.
