Just been told by a mate that Yobo has called his move off coz of commitment don't no how true

Moo the blue

Believable5 Unbelievable11

Yobo got tired of the messing around by Fenerbache. They kept moving the goalposts. He had agreed to take a wage cut from 55k a week to 40k a week, then they asked him to take 30k a week.
Hope we never deal with them again. They are an utter disgrace how they've handled this.

Agree0 Disagree0

24 Jul 2012 23:35:17
Apparently fenerbache offered 5m for Johnny heitenga.. Jay

Believable4 Unbelievable6

Yes but they wanted him on lain first for two years and eventually will pay £2m.... I'd treat them like Sheffield United and never do business with them again.

Agree0 Disagree0

He is worth at least double that, I would say he is worth £15M!

Guys I know that it dosent look too good right now with pienaar, Cahill and our preseason but one thing that is fact is that moyes had a plan for next season. Whether it is seeing more youth such as junior or Barkley, pushing Fellani upfield or maybe a new surprise signing, rest assured that moyes has a plan. IMWT NSNO
Blue kaz

Believable18 Unbelievable10

Well said my point totally

Agree1 Disagree1

Hmmm, bearing in mind that he's yet to sign a new contract there's every chance he does have a plan, just one that's more based around fulfilling his personal potential as opposed to perpetually buoying up a club unable to progress.

Agree0 Disagree0

Keep Jelly fit, top 6 this year.

according to fans fc .com we have made a offical aprroach for steven n'zoni . this would be an ideal for the departing tim cahill and looks like pienaar is a no go :?

Believable7 Unbelievable13

Cahill is an attacking midfielder and N'Zonzi is a defensive midfielder.

Agree0 Disagree1

Couldnt afford it

Agree1 Disagree0

Think we are well covered for defensive midfield and were do we get £5mll from we can not spear 5p.

Agree1 Disagree0

Blackburn want £8 million for him.

sunderland make offical approach for pienaar source ssn

Believable8 Unbelievable12

Rubbish watching ssn tv now and nothing so i went on the website and again nout

Agree0 Disagree1

I dnt care wether he comes or not, have you all forgot he sh!t on us be going there in the first place.

Glen the blue.

Agree1 Disagree1

No probs ,If he really wants to come to us tell Spurs EFC or nowhere ...over to you Peanuts..we will see where his heart is then

George {Ed001's Note - he already has.}

Agree1 Disagree0

Dont know where you saw this as its not on ssn just says they are considering an approach

Agree0 Disagree0

Ssn does not say that!

keep saying about this, player power!

Pienaar needs to go to AVB or the chairman and say 'i want a move to everton, no one else, if not im happy to rot on the bench earning 60K plus'

that then puts them on there toe's

HOW MUCH DO YOU WANT IT STEVIE!!

EverTheOptimistic

Agree1 Disagree0

Why on earth does anyone think that pienaar would go to another premier league club? i just don't get it

Agree1 Disagree0

pienaar has been training on his own at the spuds won't be long until he is a everton player again.

Agreed terms for Yobo... £2 million is the amount don't get it we were getting £5 million enitially..............

TC

Believable10 Unbelievable4

They did pay a mil for each year they loaned him. People are trying to mak eout the clubs in chaos with inaccurate info. relax the club is in good hands it could be better hands but then again we could be pompy, or brum who had foreing owners promising the world.. oh I forgot blackburn and west ham. and finally rangers we will not go suffer there fate.

Agree0 Disagree0

Rumours are joey has rekjected the move, hes pretty pissed that they didnt commit sooner and pay the dosh, he has been put through hell with the uncertainty so its back to square one.
Addo

Agree0 Disagree0

Lets not forget the 50-60K Per Week (reported) that the club saved off the books over the time period he was not required. So 2.5Mn-3Mn for 2 years, +2Mn for loan fees plus 2Mn for the transfer is at least 9Mn saved/earned for a player that the club deemed surplus.

Agree1 Disagree1

He has already said he dosent want to go... was this a guess

Agree1 Disagree1

24 Jul 2012 18:37:11
Who do Spurs think they are really? Clearly Pienaar is a fringe player and they have no intention of using him, but instead of being co-operative and letting Pienaar come home to the mighty blues, Daniel Levy the space raider head, is battling it out with Kenwright, shocking I think.

BlueCon

Believable14 Unbelievable2

Unfortunately its called business,at which he is better at it than our board

Agree1 Disagree0

The deals already done calm down

Agree1 Disagree0

The Yobo deal has gone on forever because we want what he is worth. He's our player that's our right, likewise for them with Pienaar. It will happen though, when not if, and if we can sneak in a couple more things will be looking good. Lets get some optimism going and we can take it into the season and get the atmosphere around our club back to what its been previously! COYB

JB

Agree1 Disagree0

Who do spurs think they are?? well heres an answer their the club who own pienaar!!

we play hard ball on every deal when we sell a player, lets not forget we offered him to chelsea to force spurs to buy him then rather than run the contract so in fairness we cant expect favours can we.

Have faith im sure it will be done.

Agree0 Disagree1

Well we wudn go for him if he wasn't good and good players cost money , its simple really

Agree1 Disagree0

We're dealing with a guy who thinks Modric is worth £40million ...... it always was going to take a long time to agree a fee with Levy.

Guys an person.

I can see in comin linked with all these players an everton will do what we do best an wont sign anyone an lose a top player or 2 come on bill get your check book out an lets get the players we need to go forward coyb

Believable7 Unbelievable4

We have already signed on so your already ready wrong! in talks to sign another! (pienaar incase people dont know) as well as lots of links. and a talent crop of young players coming through. And the signing no one mentioned in jan Francesco junior looks a serious talent. sudden doom and gloom as cahill has gone. I thought he was superb but it was a time when the club had to do right by him and give him hi sbig paday, and he struggled with the injuries over the last few seasons Im happy for him and we can remember him as a top draw player who gave us lots of great moments. Im sure moyes is unearthing the next as he does his best work under the radar.

Agree1 Disagree0

24 Jul 2012 18:06:53
Just heard that we only have 3m raised from cahill and yobo deals (if they go through) to spend. Even after this we will have to sell a major asset within a year to satisfy the bank. The club is leaking money and losing over 5m a year. Moyes is refusing to sign a new contract until invesment is sourced. Spurs have been offered 5m for pienaar from two prem teams so gonna be difficult to agree terms with them

Believable10 Unbelievable7

Look mate stop puttin downer on thinks are you forgetting Nike deal are u forgetting new tv deal which comes in nxt year are u forgetting we are on the up so on ur bike it already a sad day an got people like u posting my posts never make it does it ed. Ant the blue {Ed025's Note - they do ant..

Agree1 Disagree0

Bulls..t. Why all this rubbish about satisfying the bank? Never have I had the bank insist I sell a car to knock a bit off my mortgage. If payments are being made each month, there's no problem. £3m to spend? Really? Have the club said that? Might be more, might be less. I must have missed the lost £5m in last years accounts too...

Agree1 Disagree0

Pienaar wouldn't go to another prem club, so you're a complete person

Agree1 Disagree0

I wouldn't be surprised if people wre feeding false stories to that t*t on SSN to make him look even more ridiculous. Their coverage of transfer rumours is well OTT.

Agree1 Disagree0

Here we go again, another anonymous prophet of doom. So the club is loosing £5 million a year is it? Okay well lets do a little maths here shall we.

Last summer the sale of Yak, Arteta and Beckford brought in a total of £14 million on top of that two of those were big earners, thus another £5 million was saved in wages, that is a total of £19 Million. the sales of Bilyaletdinov and Saha paid (in full or nearly in full) For the purchase of Jelavic and Gibson, the wages saved on the outward bound players would have gone some way towards paying the new players wages.

Add into this loan fees and wages for the players we had on loan and we are still left with a figure of around £15 to £16 million in profit for the year. Let us assume that the club lost £5 million as our profit of doom insists (Although the last published accounts said it was £3.1 Million a year) and we still have £10 to £11 million left.

What happened to that money? Well your guess is as good as mine, but if it went to the bank to to reduce the clubs debt then it would have reduced this from around £45 Million (As per our last published accounts) To £34 to £35 Million. That is a debt reduction of around 22% of the total, any bank manager in his or her right mind would be happy with that. Especially when you consider that clubs like Bolton Wanderers are in debt to the tune of £100 Million and have been relegated which will not do their revenue much good!

We also have to bear in mind that we have significantly reduced the wages bill (A major factor in the debt going up) And with the new TV deal and sponsorship deals the financial outlook of the club has changed for the better, likewise if that money has been used for debt reduction so the interest payments on the remaining debt reduce helping cashflow.

So from this perspective we are not on the brink of meltdown as the press and the doom merchants would have you believe.

WtG.

Agree1 Disagree0

We did you hear that evertons accountant? you dont have a clue how much there is. you ignore the record TV Money. along with the prize money from the league which was higher than we expected also the semi final raised a lot of cash due to addition tv syndications and the new kit deal which does not all go kit bag. I cant understand people who think the only money raised is by player sales. I would rather moyes take his time and get things right rathe r than sign anyone just for the hell of it.

Agree0 Disagree1

You have posted something similar before!.. what is your motive! a
true evertonian would,nt post such" kack". and always nameless, If you truely believe what your saying put a name to it!...otherwise i,ll just assume your an R/S.......jmff

Agree1 Disagree0

You having a laugh how do you know what we have got to pay the banks we can't owe that much now

Agree1 Disagree0

There is actual truth in this post, there was a spread last year in the liverpool echo with the echo interviewing one of the everton finance directors to ask what is the situation at everton after the fans were demanding answers,it was stated that everton are in the red by around 5million a year it,you really think we have money to spend when we scrape the free transfer barrels every year? we are just about keeping afloat at the moment its sad but true

Agree0 Disagree0

Brilliant post WtG. I could never do all that math.

Can't agree terms with spurs, ffs! C'mon everton, get it together, getting annoyed now... Pranjic didn't sign because he couldn't wait any longer, hope the same doesn't with pienaar...........

TC

Believable11 Unbelievable6

Levy just tryin it on , he knows we want him and he wants to come to us so they are putting the pressure on for what an extra mill! sour grapes cos thats two that want out, farcical club for all their wealth!

Agree1 Disagree1

Pienaar is not pranjic.....he will wait !

Agree1 Disagree0

Well he couldn't wait to leave in the first place.

Agree1 Disagree0

We where never after pranjic. th eonly person who said we where doing a deal with him was in fact him.

ssn reportin piennar linked with a move to sunderland or qpr, says everton failed to agree terms wit spurs

Believable16 Unbelievable19

No it doesn't, it says "sources close to the clubs confirm they are considering a move" don't be such a sensationalist it's more lazy journalism

Mike aintree

Agree1 Disagree1

This was deliberatly leaked by spurs to force everton hand! that levy is a sly B

Agree1 Disagree1

If we dont sign pienaar and we let cahill go i and a lot of other evertonians will be pissed off with the board big time
Cheeks

Agree1 Disagree0

Surely, all Piennar has to do now is say the only club I want to go to is Everton. It's in his best interests if he does want to come as there will be another million in the kitty for other players; which presumably he wants.

Nick O

Agree0 Disagree0

Correct mate. A blatent ploy by levy. I'd stand ground on valuation. We co-operated to sell so don't give them a choice. Moyes will obviously have a back up plan. Steven, himself will push through the move because he won't want to go anywhere else after what happened to him at spurs...

Agree1 Disagree1

24 Jul 2012 17:52:15
It actually does say everton and spurs failed to agree terms,

Ffs we must have the worst directors of any prem team.
How many years now since we spent money without having to sell first Kenwright and the rest of the board just do one we are a joke...

QPR and sunderland both coming in to hjack the deal for Steven Pienaar.(sorry for spelling)
Surely he will still come to as he has already stated he would love to come back to Everton.

Everton pulled out of Jakarta cup source ssn

Believable13 Unbelievable2

Are the club's finances that bad we can't afford it? Big rumours going round that BK's shenanigans have put us on the brink of administration again! {Ed025's Note - hmmm..

Agree1 Disagree0

Obviously don't keep up to date with your everton news. Why don't you try and stop being so negative an read up on the facts first? The cup was a complete farce an we weren't the first team to pull out.

Cropper

Agree1 Disagree0

Thats a pity, it's the only trophy you would have had a chance of winning this season. Only joking before you have a go Eds.

i heard a rumour that pienaar deal isnt completed yet for different reasons than money, its nothing to do with getting an extra mil like people here are saying. avb is delaying it until after modric is sold, so he can use pienaar as leverage in a deal to sign fellaini

Believable4 Unbelievable19

I dont know why 17 people have said this to be unbelievable, it is what anyone would do in AVB's place and unless Bill pulls himself together it is going to happen, it hurting me to say this but lets get real!

Johnny Heitinga going to Fenerbache
or Inter Milan. I expect decent fee on
back of good season.

Toffeebidder

Believable11 Unbelievable16

I can't see myself. He said towards te end of the end of the season how much he was loving life at Everton. Plus he was saying the other week when the kits came out that he was looking forward to playing next season it it.

Agree1 Disagree0

Inter I can see being the players ambition, Fenerbache would be money motivated only. Problem is, on the back of a good season, but with one year left on the contract to balance off the value.

Agree0 Disagree0

Bad move this

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont go Johnny h stay here

Agree1 Disagree0

Hmmmm

EFCwhitesocks

Agree0 Disagree0

He was dropped in the euro's so perhaps he will go cheaper than you think

Agree1 Disagree0

Be good business. Get someone cheaper and younger in for cover for jags/distin and use the funds to strengthen elsewhere. It's called wheelin and dealin about time we did it we can't afford luxury of 7 mill player on the bench.

Agree0 Disagree1

If Johnny was to go,i would'nt have any dealings with fenerbache again! Joke of a club!
The Blue Spider

Agree1 Disagree0

Fenerbache ? ? the same club that won't pay us what they agreed for Yobo and keep messing us about every year cos they're skint and don't like paying for the players they want? that Fenerbache?

I doubt it very much!

Clozem

Agree0 Disagree0

Hope he stays, hope getting dropped at the euro's actually put teams off him.

Mike aintree

Agree0 Disagree0

If we could command a decent fee and guaranteed it is used to reinvest I would not mind losing JH. Although a great season, still rate Jags and Dis higher. Ideally sell to inter or someone or similar significance.. 7-10 million?

Agree0 Disagree1

Garbage.....After the Yobo transfer saga, i doubt Everton will ever do business with Fener again.

Agree0 Disagree0

Distan is old. We need johnny.

For all you posters who dismiss this as a possible move, it's broke into the press now. It is a move that's on the cards.

Read loads of different sites now, from what I can make out
Cahill is going for a million he will fly out to NYC this week for medical and to discuss personal terms...
Pienaar is going to sign but tottenham are trying to see how much they can get by suddenly asking for another million bit cheeky but its also taking a while because tney are on tour, and Moyes is considering bids for matt phillips and Luc castaignos he will sign one of the two if he can raise the money

Sources- multiple websites ttoffeeweb, everton site, bluekipper etc..

Believable12 Unbelievable7

The Phillips deal is very close. A deal has been agreed with Blackpool including us loaning them 2 players. 1 of them will be Vellios, not sure on the other. {Ed001's Note - not true, nothing is agreed, Everton do not have the funds to pay for him. Wycombe get 20% of any fee over 350k, so you are talking a fair chunk that Blackpool won't receive, they are not going to let him go for 5m. They have no money issues whatsoever, they make money, they will only sell if the bid is huge or he asks to go.}
