Just flicking through Twitter and a lot of people saying the takeover is complete. It should be announced over the weekend hopefully and then the new owners can state what there plans are.

At the moment it's all Rumour. Nothing concrete. Nothing has changed.

Ed001 you are probably correct, however if the Americans dropped out relatively quickly the Chinese could have had several months to do due diligence. Since we are told nothing one can speculate, can't one?
{Ed001's Note - you can but the Americans had certainly not dropped out a week or so ago. While details are impossible to get, due to NDAs etc, broad info like that is attainable.}

Surely if the deal was complete somehow some news would have been leaked taking how easy it is for someone to whisper to the papers given how big the news is really?
Just a theory hopefully I'm wrong an it has been kept well under wraps
