Williams has been pants for months but Managers/ Coaches are ingrained in their ways and the majority believe it is senior players that get you out of the mess you are in. Lazy Management I call it. From where I sat last night for their third Keane quite plainly ducked under the ball, unforgiveable. McNulty et al! are all now picking up and voicing the comment that something is badly wrong somewhere within Everton, I personally have no idea but isn't it a reasonable assumption that there must be disagreement at Exec level or there abouts.
