Strange one but if he has broken a rule he can't have any complaints. It may effect his chances of scouting players and also picking up new training methods etc. So not good news really.

Let's not get carried away, he lent his pass to someone else therefor his pass has been revoked to protect security. There's no mention of it on FIFAs site under Martinez therefore it's not major issue, journalist will try and make more of it particularly if it's negative to Everton. He will be issued with new credentials. Similar to if you lose your work pass etc.
