here's an update had a conversation with someone i know yesterday and it looks like we actually did approach spurs to take sissy on loan! can't believe it myself thought it was paper talk from lazy journo's. this is the first sign i have seen that koeman and moshiri are mad and out of touch with fans surely if they used the common sense we all think they have they would have known that no efc fans would want him. odd thing about it all is that he could yet sign if his proposed move to brom falls thru. i propose a grass roots organisation letting the hierarchy at goodison know that we never want to see him in the blue of everton. we need to have more common sense at efc than this being linked to a guy who got newcastle relegated then can't make it at spurs and slags us off 3 or 4 times to spurs fans on their club tv. show some self respect and how many times must a player fail at different clubs before people see he is a joke of a player. yeh as you can probs' tell annoyed by efc when i found this out.

I'm sorry floats but I don't believe for one second that we want sissoko and whoever you spoke to is pulling your legs.

@ floats . I disagree . Its shows a good mamanger in my eyes . Not to be led by fans an go with what he thinks will add something in debth to team . However i don't believe there is even 1%% truth in sissko rumour.

let's hope your right and he doesn't sign before the end of the window would be glad actually ecstatic to be wrong on this occasion. and it shows a flaw in any mans personality to be trolled by someone then befriend that someone and pay him to work for them i am not advocating any badness towards sissy he chose his words and made his position clear and had fun while doing it, i would put it somewhere like if your girl had an affair with a guy you forgive her and take her back then the guy moves in next door to you and calls you mate. its not showing character to say mate back it's weakness.

I can’t believe they are still after him, remember the car to nowhere and the phone off the hook. no chance!

I have been a pessimist, but i have nothing on those who have posted on here.
The first week or two, might be difficult, but, by October / November, we will be top six, no I don't harbour any notions that we will win the prem, but we will make progress, and, with a little luck make top four, a cup, or perhaps both.
my pessimism is only that we might not get the manager to extend his contract.

even if he does go after 2 more years ( i think he will ) moshiri will go get another top manager, we are above basement buys now. we can almost do a harrods run rather than aldi.

I don't think we can judge if he will stay or go right now, he bought in to the project and that's why he joined I doubt the project was laid out as a three year plan but only time will tell, for now it's full steam ahead!

not an efc related thing but does anyone who has been paying attention to this neymar scenario, think it's hilarious that lfc would be dragged into it, and are about to get a taste of their own medicine as they chase naby keita and try to lure him away now the only way he stays (neymar) is if Barcelona buy another brazilian coutinho being the main target and all because neymar is lonely with no brazil players in the team. i wonder if lfc will sell, lol wonder if lipzeig will sell poetic justice in a way. either way its a headache for their fans.

As a LFC fan myself "floats", I honestly don't see Coutinho leaving in this transfer window, he seems to have a more down to earth attitude and some loyalty, as I remember when we came to take him from Inter, he also wanted to stay there at that time due to qoutes attributed to him at the time. Can't see us getting the lad from RBL personally, don't want him at the rumoured prices being pushed around either. Everton are doing well in the transfer market and should have a great season, I'd stick to worrying about your own now. Winners tend to focus on themselves and you guys are potential winners now with your new players. It's just a suggestion, I have great respect for you blues and always have, so not trying to wind anyone up. But this is your chance to do something good and if you focus on others, you take your eyes off of the potential prize (top 4 and maybe a cup) . Get behind your club this season and I see Lukaku having one or two regrets come next May possibly.

fair point ok1 wish your side all the best too mate. except for those 2 games during the season that is. i just thought it was kinda funny that neymars loneliness has put Barcelona on your case. respect for a good post.

Ah yeah I know how it is Floats :) , I appreciate the banter n all so no worries there mate. If both of our clubs are doing well this season, imagine the atmospheres for the derby matches. Looking forward to them already. There's nothing like a Merseyside derby when both sets of players and fans are on top form. Good luck mate!
