David Moyes is in Molde, Norway. He's watching Vegard Forren from Molde who play against Copenhagen in the Europa league.

Weir, Holden, Round and Bryan King is also in Molde...

So much for having no money I guess! Always was a smokescreen from Moyes. Find it hard to believe that we aren't seriously considering him since we have watched him continuously throughout the past months, which culminated in essentially the brains trust in regards to transfers for Everton (Moyes, Holden, Weir and Round) all there to watch him

And if anyone is interested to see how he went, received very good reviews.

Some people would say CB isn't the priority, and I agree, think a central midfielder is priority number 1 for me, however, we do need a CB, I just cant see Heitinga being at Everton in 2 yrs, the same as Distin, and we desperately need a replacement for Distin considering Heitinga and Jags are very similar to each other, and Forren is a physical lad and left footed which is a bonus.

Everton have had an offer for Real Madrid B winger Denis Cheryshev rejected. The offer is thought to be 6 million euros.
Joe EFC {Ed002's Note - Real Madrid have had several clubs approach them regarding their B side winger Denis Cheryshev. With no intention to sell, offers from Zenit, Everton and Kuban Krasnodar have been spurned. Talk of interest from Metalist Kharkiv seems wide of the mark to me. However, interest in taking the player on loan might result in a more positive response.}

And there's DM claiming he hasn't a pot to pee in in January. Though I am glad that he does seem to have a few quid to spend if necessary. And by all accounts this kid is gonna be a bit special so would've been one for the future. Hope he tries for a loan as he isn't going to be getting in the 1st team just yet {Ed002's Note - He is not that young - perhaps 20?}

Agree0 Disagree0

He's 21 Ed but I couldn't see him getting in ahead of Pienaar or Mirallas, though peanuts is a bit out of sorts lately and perhaps a bit of competition is needed for him to get his ass into gear.

OK 2 bits of news for you.
We are interested in a 21 yr old Russian who plays for Real Madrid's B team( Can't remember name sorry) he has spent most of his life in Spain and has rose through the ranks at RM and has also just made his debut for Russia. Poss 4.5m
There is talk of a rift between Jelavic and Kev M because of the way Kev drifts inside and forces Jelavic on the wing. Jelavic feels this has affected the fluidity of the team. Pablo. COYB {Ed007's Note - The Russian must be left winger Denis Cheryshev, he is the only one who fits the bill.}

Believable5 Unbelievable7

I would agree with Jelavic point - the chances are not so often for Jelly now that Mirallas is playing - Mirallas is v good player but he's a bit of a grab - and not as lethal at scoring as jelly - could be a problem developing there

Agree0 Disagree0

I find it hard to believe the rift between Mirallas and Jelavic, if anything, the dip in form from Jelavic, for me, is due to the fact that now Fellaini is the permanent man up front and the number 1 target.

As much as I love Fellaini, his passing isn't of the quality of, say a Pienaar or Osman, and Jelavic loves playing off the last man and being played through, which Fellaini isn't the best at.

That is my view anyway
