Utd can keep him. He didnt do anything at Blackburn and fergie clearly not impressed so thinks he can offload his bad buys on us. There must be better more proven strikers out there than diof.

Dont want the utd reject far better players need to be sought sort it out everton for gods sake

He needs work yes but don't forget that season with blackburn was his first ever season in the prem as with any player coming from abroad it takes a while to get used to

There are rumours that NFL Miami Dolphins owner Steve Ross is in negotiations to buy Everton. I am a Miami fan not an Everton Fan but this might interest you

Heard a rumour going round twitter/facebook and a few other sources that we are looking to put a offer in for a young lad called Simon Church who plays for reading ??
Don't usually post on here when i hear something small but this has come from 4 different sources now so thought i would share.
I've never heard off him or even know what position he plays.... Anyone know ? {Ed025's Note - he is a striker mate...scored the winner against leeds last week..

There are just RUMOURS I have heard it does NOT mean I believe them... Moyes has confirmed interest in Donnelly but he will join Liverpool, Rodwell will move to Chelsea, Wolfsburg want Bilyaletdinov but value the midfielder at £5m and EFC are holding out for £7m, EFC set to sign Mame Biram Diouf for a minimal fee from Man Utd and we want Danijel Pranjic on a loan from Bayern Munich until the summer as he has only made 2 appearances this season. All these rumours found on newsnow lol just passing them on.

Donovan will come in for 2months on loan!
Vellios will be made no.1 choice for the striker spot. Rory Donnelly will come in.

Other rumours are that we are looking at signing Roman Pav from Tottenham for around 5 or 6 mil! Another rumour ive heard is that David Bechham will come

Donnelly is going to Swansea or Liverpool.

Other than Donovan (which has already been announced) none of this will happen.

When Beckham was linked with us last time (when he ended up training at Spurs), he went on record as saying playing at Goodison is too close to home, ie too close to OT and the place he calls "home". He won't come.

Beckham said after mls trophy game he would not play for any other english team

There was a rumour about Everton wanting to bid for roman pav in November when he was an tottenham outcast, but nothing happend and there has been no recent rumours about him joining Everton since november

With the money from rodwell which is a deffinate goer, moyes will buy matias fernandez from sporting for around 8-10 million, jelavic from rangers for 6mill and nathaniel clyne from palace for a few million and let him stay at palace untill the summer. Diggz

Everton had scouts at the lisbon game the other day and my cousin is youth scout at the club an said myes has identified fernandez as a top target

Cobblers, why would Rangers sell Jelavic to Everton for 6Million when they turned down 6.5Million last summer, 8Million is the price and he's cheap at that, only the Gers are skint he'd be going no where

Rodwell to go to Chelsea for 22 million. Bily to Wolfsburg for 5 mill. Only McGugan from Forest will come in (and Donovan on loan of course). Fellaini will go in the summer (Man City for 18 mill) nad Barkley will play more. Expect him to be shipped out within 18 months for 15 mill.

The sad reality is that we are a selling club until we find a buyer. And even then they will need to cover a lot more debt AND sort out our rubbish stadium before investing in players.

Tough times fellow Toffees.

I have only heard this from a relative so I am not saying this is a definate but he has been told that Bilyaletdinov will be going to PSV for a straight swap for Dutch youngster Georginio Wijnaldum, Winjnaldum only moved to PSV in the summer but he has supposed to have said he wants to play in the premier league, he has 7 goals in 17 appearances this season not bad for a winger, not trying to get anyone's hopes up but he looks the real deal but my uncle could just be chatting bull s**t looks like it could happen tho.

Would be a good move if it happens (which it wont) apparently Wolfsburg are interested in Billy. Although that PSV lad reminds me of a Drenthe, young, quick, tricky and willing to take on players, do we really see Moyes with two of those players in the squad?
