Wohh!! Slow down lads! let give WBA some credit, They had a game plan, and they stuck to it, they packed that left hand corner with four or five players because they new thats were we are most dangerous, also the used bully tactics which upset our style of play, then as the game wore on,and as we gradually pushed up they hit on the break! teams will now try and kick us off the park, because they cannot match our football, there will be other times this season were we will need to fight, to get a foothold in a game(STOKE) . we will learn from this, and i,m still convinced we will be pushing for europ come the end of the season!. So please keep up the posertivety!...good times a head.......jmff

I suspect Moyes will sign a new contract now. My thoughts, for what they're worth, is that he was waiting for A show of loyalty and commitment in the transfer window from the board.
If that is the case then I would say they have backed him to the hilt, I've supported Everton for 46 years now and this looks like one of the strongest sides I've seen in a long time, and it's all Moyes creation.
In the current era of overpaid, sullen, prima donnersMoyes has created a hard working and skillful team who work and play as just that, a team. A friend of mind once told me there's no I in team, and that's what we have at Everton, a bunch of players with no big egos who will work for the common good.
So come on Davey put us out of our misery and sign on the dotted line, you're close to bringing untold silverware back to the Old Lady again.
Moody Blue

Believable2 Unbelievable4

Agree with most of your post mate but the board have not backed him to the hilt - rodwell money (and letting cahill go) has paid for the new players - not bill or board

Belgian sports chanal sporza saying we were to late in putting paperwork in for the new player who's name I can't spell,so they say he's going back, hope there wrong

Believable6 Unbelievable18

They don't say he's going back, they say the same as everywhere: both clubs agreed a loan deal in time, but some paperwork still need to be cleared by the FIFA due to the late time it was send. So we have to wait til early next week to know if the deal is accepted or not by the FIFA.

Believable18 Unbelievable2

It's on SSN as confirmed.
Moody Blue

Agree0 Disagree0

Is he left midfielder centre midfield or right midfield

Agree1 Disagree0

Central, defensive, offensive. Can also play as CB

Agree1 Disagree0

He Looks Quality On You Tube.

Agree1 Disagree0

Thinks he's a defensive midfielder, just what we needed imo

Agree0 Disagree0

He looks a good player on youtube, scoring some really good goals and looks a real powerhouse

Agree1 Disagree1

He is registered with the FA, He needs International clearance from FIFA. It should be done Monday morning when they open for buisness. So no chance of it not happening as he is a regular in the Belgium team which should get him clearance without any hassle.

I must admit I'm slightly dissapointed. We received 12 million from the Rodwell sale and spent 5.3mil on Mirallas, 1.6mil on Oviedo and nominal fee on Kennedy so we spent about 7mil and had about 5mil left.

Now I know people have been saying, 'You have to think about signing on fees, agent fees and wages', but surely we could have got N'Zonzi for that much as he went to Stoke for 3mil :/

But other than that slight dissapointment, a very good window. One of the best squads I've seen in a long time and good times to come! Everton on the up! Kops on the Down! In Moyes we Trust! Nil Satis Nisi Optimum.

Bobcat

Believable4 Unbelievable20

Seems like you spoke to soon.

Agree1 Disagree0

Im very happy. We sold someone who imo was non performaing and over rated. Bought in some good talent that seem to want to play for us and fit in well. And paid off a huge chunk of our debt.

Well played Mr Moyes. You are a legend.

evertonroar

Agree0 Disagree0

I find it hard to believe that, after many years, we have amassed a squad capable of challenging this year, a fantastic transfer window, quality players, yet, you still fin something to moan about.

well done BK and the board for backing moyes,,,

Agree1 Disagree0

Nzonzi missed out. His loss. We signed another belgium last minute. Great business.

Agree1 Disagree0

And thats how to spend 7 million, moyes is a genius...

b.t.a.p

Agree0 Disagree0

Cant believe your disappointed moyse has assembled a great team for the up coming season no pleasing some people

Agree0 Disagree0

I always thought we need to make 5m from transfers to break even every season.

Agree1 Disagree1

If you have the misfortune of working nights you can now see we have signed Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe from Club Bruges on a season long loan deal with a view to permanent deal.Powerhouse midfielder! i do believe we are now gonna win the league 1878

Agree1 Disagree1

Moyes has done his normal trick and brought in another Belgium midfielder, do round wasn't lying. deadline day was albout getting cover in, let QPR smash and grab watch what happens, job done so sit back relax and enjoy.

Agree0 Disagree0

Moyes wants his value for money, didn't think N'Zonzi was worth it, so moved on. Hopefully the money will be there for January, fingers crossed, and we can go after Holtby who will be in the last 6mnths of his contract

Agree1 Disagree0

Disappointed? there is no pleasing some people, Bobcat has obviously got tranfer fever.
Frank Bird.

Agree1 Disagree0

Cant see how anybody can be disappointed with moyes deadline business

Agree0 Disagree0

Moyes may well be keeping the 5 million for the January window

Agree1 Disagree1

Aren't you forgetting the £4.5m spent on Pienaar?

Agree0 Disagree0

You know I think I pefer Moyes as the manager who knows what he is doing rather than bobcat who only thinks he knows. If bobcat won the lottery he'd moan he didn't win the pools as well.

Agree1 Disagree0

This is real life, not football manager. £12mil for selling a player doesn't just pop up in the transfer kitty as if by magic. Businesses don't run that way. Grow up!

Agree0 Disagree0

How can you be disappointed!? Except for cover for Tim Howard, the transfer deadline day and summer deals we've done means we've got cover in all positions, and it's quality cover too. Although the squad is still a little small, Moyes has assembled a squad of high quality multi dimentional players. I'm feeling extremely positive about this season. The current squad looks like the best squad we've had in many many years. BK & DM, i take my hat off to you both, utterly awsome.

Agree0 Disagree0

Dont forget pienaar

Agree1 Disagree0

I said I was SLIGHTLY Dissapointed, not devastated by the business! I still said I was more than happy with the squad we have have gotten so you could do with not jumping on my back. If you read past the first sentence you would see that I'm still happy with how the window panned out. Yes, maybe I spoke to soon but I would rather have had a proven premier league midfielder in N'Zonzi than this unproven belgian guy that none of us have heard off. I know this isn't football manager, I'm not stupid. You need to grow up. Moan at winning the lottery?! You people take overexaggeration to the limit. We bought Pienaar before the sale of Rodwell so I didn't include his price.

I remember reading a post by a certain regular a while back saying it's sad at how all of your fellow fans jump on your back at the if you reveal the slightest of opinions. I know what that feels like now.
