Hey again

. I have a suspicion that Gerry, Kev, Oviedo, Lennon and cleverley may not be around come the end of summer 2017 transfer window. the standards of the premiership have sinply moved on. not slagging them off in any way but for different reasons they have not progressed or flattered to deceive. not withstanding Kone, Gibson and Niasse who will also go imo. a lot of fresh faces come Aug 2017 me thinks.

We need more of Joe Royle's 'Dogs of War' attitude at the very least. I don't like us losing but as long as they roll their sleeves up and are prepared to give all they've got for the club, i would be happy.

Too many players are not as good as they think they are, inc Ross. They should worry more about their game and less about their hairstyle and the colour of their boots.

Think Kev still has a role, Oviedo is useful as back up because of his versatility. Lennon is too inconsistent, as is Gerry and Cleverley had never been Prem quality.

Hey

. Kev has a role only if he gets his attitude right. I like him but hiw much time does he need to adapt n step up. hopefully it sinks in. in response to the comment about Ross. to be fair I thought him and Gana were are best players yesterday but of course consistency is the key.

It's nearly that time again fellas the paper rubbish starts again. today we have Efc linked with Italian striker Andrea belotti for 43m. OK anybody tell me who Andrea belotti is?
Think the windows going to be as infuriating as it's going to be intesting.

{Ed002's Note - Torino will look to a significant offer in order to sell Andrea Belotti and know that Borussia Dortmund and Arsenal have had the player watched and have made general enquiries with his agent. Other sides have had scouts attend games to watch him, Adem Ljajić and Joe Hart. Not one for January and Torino will hold out for as close as they can get to his €60M termination clause - few clubs would have the stomach to pay that. I suspect that a number of clubs scouting games and credited with interest in Belotti were actually looking at Joe Hart.}

Personally, I like Belotti. He's a real 100% player with a good eye for goal. I'm not sure about £43m though, for that money I'd want Paulo Dybala! (We can all dream! ) I did post about Belotti a month or so ago. I didn't realise the club took that much notice of my posts!

Whether were looking at him or not its so refreshing being linked to genuinely quality players. Just goes to show the powers to be are taking us in the right direction.
Im not holding much hope for major movements come jan but if we sign 2 or even just sign 1 that improves our starting 11 then ill be happy.

Cheers ed002.tbh I'd never heard of him.

{Ed002's Note - I would say massively over-priced with no assurances that it will work for him in England if he were to move. Caveat emptor.}

After the Chelsea game and Swansea today we need more than Belotti.
