What’s happening with Batshuayi. On his way to Monaco and then Chelsea won’t sign the deal off and now we looking to do a deal if all the media is true.? Any Ed’s shed any light on it. Now that Niasse has gone and maybe Tosun going I can see why we are getting linked. I now do think we will sign a striker.

Nothing has changed but if anyone were willing to pay the increased price to compensate for a January move then it is possible - else it would be a loan to, probably, Monaco. Clubs are not going to be keen on paying the additiona compensation fees.}

There's a report saying we've now made an actual offer to Chelsea for €30M. Nothing to it?
{Ed002's Note - I am not aware of any €30M bid and obviously it would be laughed at if there were. The asking price, if you want it in Euro, would be around €47M - increased because of the reasons I have already provided. Right now the player has meade it clear he wants elsewhere.}

Looks like Chelsea want to sell and Monaco want a loan. Therefore Chelsea will hold the deal in case a offer they like for a permanent move happens. It’s January and clubs get desperate.

i like him as a player but not at that price not for me rather go for others who are cheaper.

Which Ed we will probably realise when he scores goals for Cardiff and then we will end up offering silly money for in the summer.

We done that already Johny, we paid £27 Million for Tosun and around £5 and odd Million for Sandro, if you include a Niasse, that’s more than the price of a Michy Bats.
I know who I would have out of the four, there’s a player in Michy, probs best we can hope for in the January window, other than Dzeko, but I think that ship has sailed.
