Just seen victor moses outside the Radisson in town. you know anything ed? {Ed025's Note - no mate..

Believable4 Unbelievable10

He would do me, got no chance of getting a game at Chelsea. A loan deal would be great the lad would score goals and has bags of pace. How about Lewis Holtby as well on loan.

Agree2 Disagree1

We don't use the radisson, we have an account with the hilton.

Agree3 Disagree0

Am telling you mate he was outside there on his mobile

Agree2 Disagree2

That's funny he was on the bench at Chelsea use your brain before you talk bs

Agree1 Disagree1

Well, he wasn't in the chelski squad today and could be surplus to requirements there. Would definitely take him on loan with a view to buy, if possible.
Pienaar isn't getting any younger and his form is very patchy and his final ball is dreadful most of the time, Moses would be a welcome addition (though I really don't believe the OP).

Agree0 Disagree0

Hey, just because Moses was injured and not available for the Chelsea squad today, people come up with bollo. s! Funnily enough some Chelsea sites reported him awol in Nigeria because of JM wording in a press conference on Friday. Soon put right. Yep I believe the Blues use the Hilton. don't need him anyway imo, we need a CH comfortable with the ball at his feet and a creative midfielder, without losing felli and bainsey. Looking forward to having Gibbo back in together with Felli and Ross. Think Ossie may struggle to get his game given Barkley's performance, early days though. I for one am optimistic.

Mart (fugeeblues)

Agree2 Disagree0

I was just about to ask ed what are the chances of moses coming to us. Wasnt even named on bench today and will probably get very little game time.

Is there any interest from Everton in Will Hughs from Derby? {Ed025's Note - not that i am aware mate..

Believable2 Unbelievable8

Everton showing an interest in Sven Bender of Dortmund {Ed025's Note - at £14m..he seems overpriced to me..

Believable6 Unbelievable7

Overpriced? The lads a German international.

Agree1 Disagree0

I reckon he better than McCarthy for £15m+. DG Loc

Got no chance of getting him, good player.

Agree0 Disagree0

Can't see many shirts with his name on getting sold. {Ed025's Note - nice one paul.. :)

Agree0 Disagree0

Would be a good signing, rather have him than McCarthy. Although I don't suggest any of our fans (especially teenagers) getting "BENDER" on their shirts.

Ok, yes we should have put yesterday's game to bed, but yet again NAISMITH shows why he should be moved on, a 70/30 ball in his favor he should have won 7 seconds before the goal goes in, and when he has a chance later blows it. he is not the standard we require. Also have a bad feeling Arsenal may come in for Fellani now.

Believable9 Unbelievable7

I'm not his biggest fan either, but Naismiths fault for the goal? Not having that. He should have scored yes, but it was a good save. We created loads of opportunities again yesterday, but our choice of final pass was woeful again.

Agree1 Disagree1

Would rather sell him to Arse than the Mancs any day, especially if they pay asking price.

Agree3 Disagree0

So was Naismith the only one to miss a chance yesterday? Of course not but as usual you like a scapegoat.

Agree0 Disagree0

Thought Naismith was better than usual

Agree0 Disagree0

Ad- There's a large difference between the defence was to blame and they scored two jammy goals. It's surely one or the other?

Agree0 Disagree0

So because they equalised you blame Naisy? Get real. they bloody scored of a mis-hit shot/cross whatever it was he never meant it.

Yes he should of scored from our point of view but some chances are missed I don't see u mentioning the jelavic miss 2 seconds later which he hit straight at the defender.

Agree0 Disagree0

Fellaini had a very good game but was equally at fault for the goal, Can't wait to have Gibbo back, Naismith was unlucky with his attempt at goal. He was just coming back for a long injury last season and also getting used to the pace of the premiership. He looked lively coming on yesterday.

Agree0 Disagree0

Naismith is not good enough for EFC, please give me a reminder of any game he has played in the league, were he was anywhere near approaching MOM, Or made an eye catching difference, been and seen all, I can't think of any.

Agree1 Disagree0

How about the Derby last year? Or doesn't that count?

Agree0 Disagree0

When he scored from 5 yards out? In the first half KM was MOM until he was butchered by Freddie . so he scored big deal, and the 2 nd half Seamus was clear MOM. just because you tap 1 in does not give you MOM

Agree0 Disagree0

Biffy you not watch our pre-season games?.He was one of our better players and looked much sharper than last season.I think he's good enough now that he is fully recovered from his injury.

Agree1 Disagree0

Think everyone should get off naisy's back he has been hampered with so many injuries in the last few years he needs a run of games. if you watched him when he came on for scotland v england and the little turn on the touchline which left the england defender bamboozled this os what he is capable of given the chance. I believe your a big admirer of naisy if I am not mistaken ed. {Ed025's Note - i think he will show his worth this season mate..

Agree1 Disagree0

If its against the RS it makes you mom in my opinion, anyway he wasn't fit last season and he looked much sharper in pre-season.I reckon you should get off the lads back he'll do ok for us this season.

Agree1 Disagree1

He looks a lot sharper this season and will contribute as a member of the squad. It's not just about 11 players

Agree0 Disagree0

Naismith was poor last season but he was playing out of posistion, just coming back from injury and getting used to te pace of the prem league! I watched all the preseason games and he has improved a lot and I think he will do well for us this season!

Agree0 Disagree0

Biffy you clearly just don't like the lad, give the lad a chance!

Agree0 Disagree0

I m a Rangers fan as well as being a blue, before his major injury he was the best player in Scottish football, better than Jellyfish, he will come good when 100% fit

There seems to be a very eerie, "calm before the storm" silence around the transfer market at the moment. However, with Moyes stating Utd are after 2 or 3 players & Wenger being practically forced to buy by the Gooners, I expect there to be a transfer explosion soon.
Whilst I would like to hold on to all our players, (especially Bainsey), I can see Felli leaving us soon. Hopefully BK will play hard ball with any bidders & either a) get top dollar, (£25m?) or a top player swap, (I'd still like to see Rooney back, but I'm ready for all those "not going to happen-get over it" posts).
Interesting times ahead, I think.

Believable7 Unbelievable3

I'd like to see Rooney back myself, although I don't see it happening at the moment. But the point to all of this swap talk is if Felli does go then we need a like for like replacement, that is not Rooney so it would be a pointless exercise unless we have serious cash left to go out and raid the market.

Agree0 Disagree1

If one club bids for felli, we need a second one to push up the price. Manchester United v arsenal I would think

Agree1 Disagree0

1. rooney won't be coming ££££££ says it all
2. 23m was his buyout, other clubs obviously don't think fellis is worth that so they won't be paying 25m

Roberto Martinez is considering a bid for Mikkel Diskerud of Rosenborg. He's looked at him several times and has had good reports back about him. Would cost around £1m but could do a job for us and will go on to become a top player.

Believable8 Unbelievable6

As an American I get to watch this guy regularly. He isn't good enough for us. Trust me

reporting utd going bid 40 mill for fella and bainsy. Really don't want baines go. But just say they do, McCarthy as got b a replacement for fella, Oviedo looked good pre-season so could be given a chance, ad like us go for a quality striker like huuntelaar and by a cheaper left back cover. Don't forget a don't want baines go, it's just a thought if it happens. Hate you moyes!

Believable3 Unbelievable28

'Hate you Moyes'?. what a infantile comment. Without Moyes's influence we would not be where we are today. Moyes has moved on, that's football mate. Grow up!

Agree2 Disagree5

Why don't everton refuse to do business with moyes. We didn't get a penny for him when he left for man u and hasn't paid us much respect since. Do one

Agree7 Disagree1

Isn't this from like 3 or 4 weeks ago unless I'm missing something? No bids as of yet.

Agree1 Disagree0

We didn't get a penny for him when he left for man u.out of contract comes to mind?

Agree0 Disagree0

Hate you moyes>>>>> wouldn't say hate but won't be applauding him on his return to goodison. He did lie to all evertonians. he knew he had the utd in jan. he tried to sign baines while being paid by everton.

Agree4 Disagree0

Should be 50m for the both of them. Plus if we sell both of them, we need to do more than just replace them. 22m on replacing them. 18 extra investment into the team and 10m to the banks. We should have enough money already to deal with the extra cost of signing players such as agent fees. Players who I would like to see cme. Sicquere(cant spell.) Alderwield (cant spell) Moses, McCarthy and Diame.

Agree1 Disagree0

I admit it I hate you moyes was a infantile comment but was fuelled by amber nector. Plus I know only to well moyes did a fantastic job for us. But what a don't like is he ran his contract down on a skint club to get his move and now wants fellaini and bad baines on the cheap

Agree1 Disagree0

All those terrified of selling Baines and felli for 40mil - I see it as an opportunity. We couldn't directly replace Baines at left back but could instead get McCarthy, maybe diame and a top quality forward. As good as Baines is our goals should be coming from further up the field rather than a left back. It seems seamus will add his own goals and assists too aswell as Barkley. We could possible get Moses in etc who would score and create goals. As long as the money is there to spend and is spent right I dnt think we should worry.

Agree0 Disagree0

I'd like to see us prepare Garbutt to be Baines replacement when he retires/leaves. He should be shadowing his every move in training

We have some very good youngsters that never got a chance under moyes.

Don't get me wrong I haven't jumped on the 'lets all hate moyes' bandwagon but how many times did we see a player like Duffy, Vellios or Barkley come in, be the best player on the pitch and then get dropped to the reserves never to be seen again as soon as a senior player was available

We do need a few more heads but we also need to give the players we've got a fair chance.

Look at Baxter! he was good enough to be our reserve player of the season but not to give a run of 5 games. Whether he could cut it or not is a different matter but he deserved a chance.

Agree1 Disagree0

Don't think we could get Huntelaar, top quality player with European competition (Champions league) at Schalke, would be good though!

Agree1 Disagree0

This rumour is from 3 weeks ago, some poeple live in the clouds with there suggestions, if you think baines is easy to replace your wrong, suggesting garbut who hasn't played a prem game is delushional, then poeple thinking we should get 50m, Manchester United rate baines at 12 and felli less than 23, poeple need to be realistic rather than just writing the first thing that comes and there head

Just seen mcmanaman get sent off against Bournemouth on the football league show, two footed one of their players after getting tackled, glad we didn't go after him, his reaction was appalling! Made a right ti* of himself!

Believable15 Unbelievable0

Well not the first tackle he has done like that

Agree1 Disagree1

Great talent though. It's a shame really.

Agree3 Disagree0

Joey Barton the 2nd

Agree2 Disagree0

To be fair it wernt that bad, he didn't even actually catch the lad but he did win an oscar for leading male in injured footballer

Two players not interested today. Fellani and Rooney. hmmm

Believable8 Unbelievable15

You must have been watching a different game to me.Fellani looked good today, and his passing game looked to have improved.

Agree1 Disagree1

He looked lost today imo, and was at fault for the first goal.

Agree1 Disagree0

Sorry for me jags at fault for both goals today

Agree0 Disagree0

Are you mad they were both good did Rooney create 2 goals or was it just me

Agree0 Disagree0

Fellaini poor yesterday. what game ye watchin. stats say he covered most ground and put in and won most challanges of any player Norwich or everton.(barkley was super I know) get real. he has a lazy looking run and might not look like he is trying but that's his style. he works hard. end of. its when he's gone and we have some bit part player doing the same job you'll realise how effective he was.

Agree0 Disagree1

I was at the game and Felli looked good to me. I got the impression he was enjoying playing in his preferred deeper role as it let him get stuck in much more.
The player who didn't look interested to me was Pienaar, I thought he had a really poor game and just seemed to wave a leg at the Norwich players instead of trying to actually tackle.

Agree0 Disagree0

Ok he missed a tackle for the first goal but he was constantly closing players down and winning the ball back he was a lot better than Jagielka, Osman and Piennar.

Agree0 Disagree0

Felly had a really good game, and Rooney erns more than 5or6 of are players in team yesterday

Gareth Barry rumoured to Goodison Park on loan.

I think this is a good move because Ross Barkley could use a experienced english player like Barry to help improve his game.
Also we could use a bit more depth in the midfield
