Links that Depay and scniderlin will be permanent also mean we could get Rooney on loan if we are in for him. Not a bad trio.
Need a pickford or butland/ forster. Keane/ van dijk
Any truth in Wilson from Bournemouth eds?

{Ed025's Note - certainly been looked at berkshire but nothing more that that at this time mate..

So who do you think we will get then Ed because we have got to get people in mate.

{Ed002's Note - Everton are looking at a number of players as I explained on teh Sharkopod. You can add to that they they continue to look - but it is a whole different matter who will finally arrive. The pulling power is not like that of many other sides who are looking to strengthen.}

Cheers Ed. Any news on a quality young keeper that'll be on goal for the next 10 plus years.

As Ed says, our pulling power is not as good as some Clubs, something some of us warned against weeks ago. It is just a combination of circumstances, Koeman was really wanted so we were forced to wait, Walsh coming in right at the end, back room staff still being established and scouting Team being sorted, it all takes time. As a result it could not be a quick fix and could not get the right players in, so our league position was always going to be a problem. Not exactly writing this Season off as I always want us to win. Just we have to be realistic and remember what Koeman said about two years. Be there as usual tonight and hope to see us put in a performance matching us and City against Arsenal.

I hope so edz. were missing a brain. somebody who can pull the strings and bangs fits the bill.
Watched him pull Liverpool apart in the Europe league last year. Would be class signing for us.

I do as well, ever since we were linked many years ago and it fell through. Quite versatile as well from what I have seen occupying a variety of midfield roles ☺.

Saying Barkley has been benched so that Koeman can assess the others would be like saying Gerry has been held back until the Barcelona buy back clause has expired. Now hang on a minute.

He's also been keeping Niasse back as his secret weapon.

With the Depay rumours not going away does that signal the end of Delboy/ Kevs Everton career? If i had to choose one to lose i would have to go with Del as i just can't see him flourishing. don't get me wrong he has talent and ability but he just doesn't seem to have the mentality and commitment to match it.

Yeah an kev does hahaha there has never been a player who has had so much talent like kev has an has simply done nothing with it. At when geri does play he does create chan.

Geri is also 5 or 6 years younger.

Does more when on the field by way of tracking back and offering the lone front man support so yes again i would keep Kev.

He is 5 or 6 years younger but has the stamina of a man 10 to 15 years older.
I feel this season he has not done enough to convince the manager he is a player worth keeping and that is maybe down to his attitude.
This was questioned and highlighted when he was at Sevilla and could possibly be the same here.

Yes bluegray his attitude is in question but for me that is pretty much his only downfall.

He is still very young with huge potential. I would rather keep him purely because he may still make it. His attitude could and can change. If that does happen then all else would more than likely fall into place.

This argument of his stamina was brought up before. But only a few games ago he played a whole game and was skipping by players at the end of it. Which signals to me that his attitude is more of an issue than his stamina.

I will agree Mirallas is better at tracking back but he is getting on. Couple more years left. Where as Del has around 10.
