IF everton get taken over, a 40 mil investment could get: matt jarvis 5.5 mil, eriksen 15 mil, rafael and fabio 15 mil for both and jelavic 6 mil. but knowing the way we normally spend our meagre transfer budgets (distin 6mil etc) we'll probs just spend it on players way past thier prime like kevin davies bobby zamora and others. still, both those two are better than louis saha.. {Ed025's Note - would you really want rafael and fabio?...

Sorry lad, Eriksen would most likely cost 20-30 million, or possibly more if more teams move for him.
Still worth thoungh, he's an outstanding player. Wouldn't be as keen on Rafael and Fabio though, never overly liked them and Man Utd probably won't sell them as they have a future at Man Utd.
If we got Eriksen, we wouldn't need Jarvis. It would probably be Eriksen and Drenthe on the wings, and Jelavic?
We could certainly do better than him. I'd go for Doumbia, he's a way better striker.
If I went for someone else, as i've said before, it would be M'Vila.

Well it didnt happen last nite as far as im aware but we can dream..... But if we had stupid amounts of cash we'd need a top class rb. 3players who I think wud b imense are cavani, podolski and the young wide man toffee who plays 4schalke (sori his name has escaped me). I honestly think Those 4 additions would guarantee us at least top 5.
Frustrates me the way:
1. People under-estimate prices (jarvis 5m? jelavic 6m? had a 15m bid rejected end of transfer window)
