Right people this is no joke. But not last Saturday but the one b4 me and my family won the lottery. And at 42 years of age I've spent 40 of them watching the blues. They are my life. We won 5.5million pounds. Me and my wife would love to invest a large quantity of this money into the club to have good status within the club. What we'd like to know is, would a couple of million be good for the club or would it be a waste. Out of everything I want to put my money in everton is the one Reply please everyone. {Ed025's Note - save your money....for a brain transplant!!....dont believe a word of it..

Believable4 Unbelievable20

Made up for you mate, lovely to see a blue getting a bit of luck. Get yourself a few shares and a nice little executive box but put your'e family first.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sadly, £2M doesn't buy too much these days, but a nice thought.

I'd already decided that if I'd been the winner of the Euromillions, I was donating £50M to DM to spend as he saw fit. But the proviso being that I would have to have a good nose through the books to ascertain where oh where all the money has gone

Agree0 Disagree0

We are still paying for johnsons mistakes nice win mate

Agree0 Disagree0

If I won the euromillions I would have seriously considered buying a big stake in EFC, but 5m won't go far in todays game. If in fact you did win.....which I'm sceptical about seeing as you're on this website and not in the caribbean on a beach by now

i posted 3 days ago but it was not put on here, i told you arteta was off to malaga its now out there with other stories baines to red s**te or arsenal rodwell to spurs i told you this wait and see, barry hornes belly,

Believable4 Unbelievable11

All rubbish, baines wouldn't wear a dirty red top {Ed025's Note - i would certainly hope not...

Agree0 Disagree0

The sh**e are bidding for bridge as they know they can't get baines.

Agree0 Disagree0

Im sure i read it

Agree0 Disagree0

NOT A CHANCE MATE Moyes will not sell anybody apart from yobo and will get a cheap winger and a striker on loan. Ignore the talk rodwell, feliani, arteta, jags and baines, the so called "big money transfer" players. None of them will be sold

Agree0 Disagree0

Bridge is rubbish, they are welcome to him

Down here in the sweltering South, a few Clelski mates are hearing that they are in pole position to sign Rodders, going as far as saying AVB is willing to pay up to £25M for him. Hopefully, any deal will include Sturridge

In addition think Kenny has lost his marbles over the park. £20M for Henderson?? £20M for Downing?? LMAO Lets all mock 'em

The loan market might save the blues. With the possibility of maybe wellbeck and donovan on loan, we could get the players in we need for next season and give us more time to seek investment

Believable13 Unbelievable3

Loan me arse...... sick of being tramps grrrrrr

Agree0 Disagree0

More time hahah we've had the best part of 10 years.

Lewis Holtby is the 20-year-old starlet setting the Bundesliga alight this season at unlikely leaders of the Bundesliga, FSV Mainz.
On loan from Schalke, the wide midfield man has earned plaudits all over Europe for maturity at the top level. Could be one for the future and a good one for the blues to sign

Believable11 Unbelievable3

With respect, if their is any cash, we need to invest it in someone who is the finished article, not on a player that might be very good, in two years time.

Agree0 Disagree0

He has nor performed...Has Liverpool family connections.
Google him

Agree0 Disagree0

Google his form

Agree0 Disagree0

As his Uncle I can assure you that his only Liverpool connections are his father who is a life long Everton fan. Top scorer for Schalke in pre-season thus far, last 2 games as U21 capt, 3 goals against Italy and Holland. Not too shabby for a midfielder

Agree0 Disagree0

If Moyes is seriously interested in him then no doubt he ll end up at Spurs or Newcastle. Think Davey should be a part time scout for these clubs myself.

It's interesting to read these Everton pages & realise how so many of us true fans all feel pretty much the same. By that I mean that we all would like to see a bit of activity in the transfer market, but we all know that, even without any new players, if we have a fully fit squad, we are a match for anyone.
The sad truth is that, this year in particular, prices & wages have gone mental. Mates who are rednoses are having a go over our lack of purchases, but, in all honesty, if we were paying what they are for run-of-the-mill players, I would be even more worried. I've read it here many times, & I agree, a top class goal scorer & a pacy winger & we are well set up.
My way of doing this would be to sell Yobo, Yak, Heitinga & one of either Rodwell or Fellaini, (for big money) to fund the purchases. My choices would be Sturridge or Defoe, & after reading about his availability in the Mirror today, Fiorentina's South American left winger Juan Vargas. I've watched a lot of Serie A recently & I rated him as player of the year last season. He is a real Everton type player - a 100% worker with pace, skill & a thunderous shot. I would love to see him in an Everton shirt & he is apparently available for around £12m.
So, come on Bill. Time for a bit of wheeler-dealing

I agree with most of what you say, we are not a bad squad when fully fit, the other shower are under massive pressure with all the money they are spending and so far i think the only one worth the money is suarez.i can run faster than adam, henderson is average, carroll is a thug and downing is ok but not for 20mill
either the 2 forwards you name would be sound, with vargas/nzogbia i would rather we sold rodwell than felli though and i wouldnt miss billy

Agree0 Disagree0

Felli must stay...
We missed him when he was injured..
Ok Rods I admit will get bucks.
And I ask what has he done last season?
Id gobble up Hargreaves staright away.
Yobo go, Heitinga go
Maybe way to go...another few Colemans
Wales NI or Scotland.
I really feel for Moysey...
He is the best Manager in Britain..and no Funds
I dont blame BK... he did his best
Why do all the investors ignore the Club that would be the best producing....
Best Manager
Commited Players.
Two good strikers and wed be challenging.
Every season... I expect the best
The Boys perform well.
U think where we ended up last season.

I heard Ian Ross (Everton director of communications) on the radio yesterday. He said there is no money at Everton, "the tightest summer yet" is how he put it. He also said Yak is staying but only joined up with the squad last Tuesday so whoever said Moyes has been impressed by him in Austria is wrong. He said the club has been for sale for 3 years and there have been many interested parties who "disappear into the night when it comes time to write a cheque". The stadium issue apparently scares off most potential buyers.

Believable10 Unbelievable4

The yak was in austria with the lads he is in pictures on twitter with the rest of the squad u dingbat

Agree0 Disagree0

"tightest summer yet" Oh dear, dont think we signed anyone last summer so this is worrying
So we can pretty much disregard any rumour we hear unless its loan or free

Agree0 Disagree0

What I'd like to know is how some unknown faceless nobody of a 'suit' in London, felt it was within his powers to stop a perfectly legitimate stadium move?
Regardless of whether you're for it or against it - how come some dingbat in London gets to decide the future of Everton football club? It's a privately owned business, and a majority of its fans voted for the move. Since when does whitehall get to decide what a private business get's to do. We could have moved onwards and upwards with that move - but some faceless git just says "no - you're not having that". It was probably a Liverpool, United or Arsenal fan scared of Everton becoming a threat.
How come it's not re-submitted now? It's a different government so maybe whoever got the backhander or whatever before has moved on?

Agree0 Disagree0

PSG Panther - get the facts rite mate. Yak was with the squad in austria an to prove my point you only have to click on the everton site an look at the photos i am sure the whole of goodison will be singing "fed the yak" lots come next season so lets get behind the lads weve got an make it good season

Agree0 Disagree0

If you believe anything Ian Ross or any other of Kenwright's puppets then you really are an person

Agree0 Disagree0

Yea lets get behind the boys and stop all the s**te rumours, we know we have no money
i hope the ones who voted against the kirkby move are happy, at least there was investment and a new stadium which was predominantly paid by tesco

Agree0 Disagree0

The kirkby move was never going to happen this was highlighted by KEIOC and was totaly ignored by the board {Ed025's Note - this board has got to go.........NOW!!!

Everton are planning a £6m move for Schalke 04 winger Lewis Holtby with the 20-year-old having previously admitted to being an Everton fan. Manager David Moyes is still seeking an energetic youngster and the fan looks to fit the bill.

Believable7 Unbelievable6

You cannot sign 6m players when you aint got a pot to pee in

Agree0 Disagree0

When will people learn, we have no money. Get rid of Kenwrong and the rest of the board we may have a chance

Agree0 Disagree0

What with?

Agree0 Disagree0

Fxck me When is the penny going to drop, that we aint got a penny to spend on know one? We've got to do what we always do, consolidate what we have got, and get on with it.

Agree0 Disagree0

We should have around 5.5 mil anyway from sales already. and if BK cant put up 500k then it is deffo time to get him to go

Agree0 Disagree0

Bring on ross barkley, class young lad and lets not pay 20 mil for going downing

Agree0 Disagree0

BK is a Gent and a True Blue...
If he had deeper pockets we wouldnt be talking..
He is the only reason Moysey still around GP.
The best Manager in Britain God we are blessed.

Last Pre season fans and the team including DM were predicting big things. If we have the same squad and a fit yak why do we need desperate signings or all this board hatred? after all it was the players that let us all down with another slow start last season. Im optimistic, Fellaini to sign an extension would be signing of the summer COYB

Believable8 Unbelievable3

Stop defending the Yak, he is a championship player at best now...

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree with all you said - but we have to be aware that other sides competing with us for top 6, poss top 4 are all looking to improve thier squads - nothing stands still

Agree0 Disagree0

Agree on the Felliani comment

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes yak maybe but the rest can win things i agree with the post we need a good start

Agree0 Disagree0

Thankyou for this post mr kenwright but you cant paper over the cracks anymore you have to go.

Agree0 Disagree0

Good point with all felli, arteta, timmy havin a good pre=season under the belts it will b good also saha hopefully shud b fit and with coleman an beckford had a season of experience last term....thing looking bright wasnt this the same squad (minus penuts) who sir alex predicted to finish top 4 last term??

Agree0 Disagree0

I dont get why everyone has a go at kenwright. He's been trying to flog us for the past three years, and in spite of the fact that neither he or the club has anything like the kind of money some are able to chuck about we have consistantly broken our record transfer fee whilst moyes has been in charge. (Maybe we should instead look at how many of those big money signings are still about or have been a succes?). We all know with the side we have we can compete. Rather keep who we have than spend daft money on a charlie adams or a stewart downing.

Agree0 Disagree0

Couldnt agree with you more mate lets get behind the team an forget about the takeover stuff till it happens every1 knows we need a new owner who can invest the cash bills not goin to do it hes runnning the club properly an if that means no signings but every season we finish in the top ten then that will do for now

Agree0 Disagree0

Glad i posted this as is a comfort to know im not alone with my passion and views. Reading all this 'cancerish' sack the board, money etc s**te was starting to concern me and turn my stomach. Bring on the new season COYB
