Naismith and 1 million for Diame? Only a suggestion but would be greta buisness for us. Agree?

Unbelievable11
It would be ste but only if we can get greta aswell only kidding mate

Personally, I think people will be quite surprised at Naisy this year. Now the "You're a striker so I'm playing you in a different position" manager has gone, I think he'll be at his best if played in the correct position. Plus, last season he was still recovering from an injury and that isn't easy when you step right into the Prem (more so when you do it from the SPL - a poor, poor league). Give him a chance this season. Believe me, he'll surprise you.
Your thoughts, Ed? {Ed025's Note - i was made up when he joined keith, but he has been a disappointment, im not giving up on him just yet though, and would love him to come good mate..
Agree0
Disagree1
Ed will there ever be a buyer for the club {Ed025's Note - im sure it will happen...but not in the immediate future..
Agree0
Disagree0
Yeah but the only problem there is getting West Ham United to take Naismith, something tells me they wouldn't be remotely interested. Nice thought though.
Agree1
Disagree2
Naismith has left the club and is currently on trial at Hearts.
He played for them today.
Unsure whether this is permanent
Dave M
Agree0
Disagree1
Naismith did not play for Hearts today, so I suspect this is BS

Keith a move from behind the striker to the wing dosnt make you void of a first touch, awareness and general technical ability, the guys not good and clearly feels out his depth in the prem

Should have got Leroy fer!!
Gone to Norwich can't believe we have missed out there.
Typical Everton!

I heard Tuesday
Agree0
Disagree0
Hey
Why typical Everton? There may be a very good reason why we didn't pursue Fer, I am happy so far with our transfer business and have followed Diame' career for a while, a very good player and a good bargain if we do go for him.
Mart
Agree0
Disagree0
Fer was a Moyes tarrget, Martinez may not fancy him and the likelyhood is that we were never interested again once Moyes left.
Agree0
Disagree0
This person is right yet again it's true Baines to ign new contract at Everton that why I think diame is inning by Tuesday has this person on here as been pretty spot on with his predictions o far
Agree0

Thanks :) I will keep you update once I get info

Hmm, are posters 6 and 7 (replies) the same person? Surely no one is naive enough to believe someone posting anonymously is always correct when it could be 20 different people!

Want me to leave a name then? Ill put matthew on the end of everything I do from now on {Ed025's Note - just register matty...and it will be done automatically mate..

Keeping a close eye on Vienna's prolific 24 yo striker Hosiner, 32 goals last season, could be available for around 3-4 mill.

When you said about deulofue having a medical. He was a Everton a couple of hours later

Even though he's in west ham squad to play bournemouth.

It must be his twin on the bench for West Ham's friendly this afternoon then eh?!
Agree0

Then have high possibility to keep both Bainsey and felli.
Agree0

He must have a transporter then
Agree0

Ridiculous comment really considering he is playing for WH now against Bournemouth!

13 Jul 2013 16:40:30
Go away with your nonsense, he's playin in bournemouth
Agree0
Disagree0
This is one of the most ill-informed OPs I've read in a while. A simple check of the West Ham website confirms that Diame is in their squad today for the friendly against Bournemouth and has actually come off the bench to play some of the match. Rumours are fine, but this sort of inaccuracy is just unacceptable.

13 Jul 2013 17:29:08
Certainly not but there are plenty of rumours from hammers fans that he wants out and could be a swap plus cash for Jelavic.
Agree0
Disagree1
He will sign by tuesday
Agree0
Disagree2
Has he done it via a Michael Jackson style video link, he's the other end of the country at Bournemouth
Agree1
Disagree2
I thought Jelavic and Diame both had a disappointing season. Diame was especially poor at Goodison and was rightly dragged off at half time in a dreadful West Ham team. I would prefer to give Jelavic another opportunity next season to see if he can recapture his goal touch in a more attacking minded team. Please Roberto, no more ex Wigan personnel we have quite enough, thank you.
Agree0
Disagree1
Also as Diames buyout is supposedly 3.5m I doubt we would consider any bids under that for jela making it seem unlikely, sorry if that didn't make sense :p
Agree0
Disagree0
I would think it would more be Diame + money for jela rather than jela and money for diame
Agree0
Disagree0
Diame had a great season and West Ham's form dipped when he didn't play. I thought he was injured against us, so yet another ill informed post. Would be a snip at £3.5 mil and is class.
Agree0
Disagree0
The only I'll informed person is you. Diame did play, perhaps you didn't notice him because he was so poor. The more likely reason for your error is that you don't go to the match. Get your facts right next time you slay off a fellow Evertonian.
Agree0
Disagree0
I went to the home and away game, did you? When I said he was injured, I meant before the game, he was great for West Han then got an injury during the season and they rushed him back too early and he wasn't the same. He's not a poor player, I know many West Ham fans and they love him. Had a bad first half against us, but it had an end of season game feel about it for them. I think he would be a good addition for £3.5 mil, but have heard he has a heart defect?
Agree0
Disagree0
He has a heart defect and they have a defibrillator at the side of the pitch whenever he plays. I think he's a decent player but hardly a player that the top 5 clubs would look at, so why should we, as our ambitions is to make top 4. It was hardly a coincidence that his measly release clause wasn't activated in January.

There are pictures in the Independent of Icelandic Midfielder rarinn Ingi Valdimarsson arriving at John Lennon and being transported by cars with the Everton crest. He's only 23 so could be a good signing.
Believable10
Unbelievable7
Are you the same person who is saying this who got some of the others spot on?
Agree0
Disagree0
No there isn't!
Agree0
Disagree0
13 Jul 2013 17:38:23
Not believable for a number of reasons:
1. I highly doubt cars would be displaying the crest so visibly. Privacy is important, you know.
2. Valdimarsson is on loan in Norway until December. I highly doubt they'd want to let him disappear in the middle of a season.
3. He's not good enough. For an attacking player (he's mostly a LW) in the Icelandic league, 1 in 5 is certainly not indicative of a player who would have PL success, particularly when a quarter of those goals are penalties. Only 1 in 13 in the Norwegian league suggests the same.
4. If he were really in Liverpool, there would be reports elsewhere, such as twitter. There's nothing.
5. There's nothing in the Independent about him that I can find.

Apparently one of the requirements of pre season training is that you have to be able to play football. Could'nt resist, sorry Jeli. (Wavertree Blue)

Wavertree Blue did see the goal, but he's also got a sense of humour, which is something you need to work on. Give your head a shake Ste and pick your dummy back up. It was a decent goal, but goal of the season? You obviously missed the deflection it took on the way in. Jesus, we are getting a bit precious on this site aren't we. (Wavertree Blue)
Agree1

No ste, you obviously didn't see it. It took a massive deflection to beat joe heart. How can it possibly be goal of the season, it wernt even goal of the match

Everton interested in diame 1.5m plus jelavic, honda 5m, mcgeady 3m moses 7m. Less well known are jed wallace of portsmouth for 750000 and a loan for chelsea new boy van ginkel
Believable2
Unbelievable12
Which would mean jelly is only worth 2mn? . His stock went down but not that much
Agree0
Disagree1
Haven't they only just signed him? So surely the rules are that you can't sign for 2 clubs in one windows?
Agree0
Disagree0
Why would we want 2 develop one of Chelsea's players? We're not Bolton or someone
Agree0
Disagree0
Considering he allegedly has a £3.5m release clause in his contract, that deal would value Jelavic at £2m. That's financial suicide in a nutshell.
Agree0
Disagree0
Diame 1.5 million plus Jela! Why when Diame has a 3.5 million activation clause so Jela is worth 2 million!
Agree0
Disagree0
I would keep jelly. Reckon this could be his season to shine especially if we play attacking football. He will come good under Martinez!
Agree0

You can't play for more than 2 sides. Who you sign for is irrelevant

Believable2
Unbelievable1
I'm desperately hoping it's going to be Keisuke Honda. This guy could be the difference between 6/7th and 4th he is that good.
Put him in with Mirallas and Deulofeu/Pienaar/Barkley behind a striker and they'd do some serious damage.
Come on Bobby lad, get him in, you know it makes sense.
