I was reading BBC sport before and read the gossip bit and on it was a list of club's scouts that where at the benfica vs sporting game at the weekend. efc being one if the club's with scouts at the game. Just wondering if any of the eds know who we were looking at.
{Ed001's Note - I haven't seen who was in the line ups, but I can give a list of those players I know are of interest. Lindelof, Grimaldo, Semedo, Guedes, Zivkovic of Benfica. Martins and Campbell of Sporting (yes the Campbell on loan from Arsenal). That is off the top of my head so I might have missed someone, as Walsh has a huge database to choose from. I would not get too excited though, he likes to scout constantly just to keep the database up to date as well as to buy. So there might be no more than that involved in that game.}

Everton have had a scout watching almost every Benfica game over the past three seasons. We've also had one at a lot of Porto games.
Couldn't tell you who we've been watching though.
