ed I think micha Richards is of to villa for sherwoods first signing plus there is a few reasons he won't come to us the 1st is he wouldn't be 1st choice centre back ahead of stones and jags 2nd he wouldn't be able to get in at right back because coleman best rightback in the country and can't see him wanting to sit on the bench plus he is very injury prone

Jon, as swan said he played out of position on his premier league debut, remember colemans debut, I do I was there he was out of position & s###e. I was at ferrari's debut last game at highbury too, same story except only two nil not 5. Try givin your own head a wobble before tellin me please mate

RM reckons he knows his targets and is looking to do his business early, excepting those that will be later, I'm not holding my breath for world stars but usually during pre season you are filled with optimism of who will be joining your club and improving it! This year its more a fear of dread in the fact the bigger challenge may be holding on to the players we need to keep!

He's brain dead, he signs numbers rather than quality, good chance we will have more players than last year and that was with an extra cup to play in, teams like us need to concentrate on a better first 11 than a squad with many mediocre players or we will never compete against the better teams

He needs another 'Quality' striker, Creative central midfield, strong CB and suggest another winger with an ability to supply the strikers!

Totally agree wakka, should be a quality not quantity transfer window. We've got plenty of mediocre players hanging about the place and some good youngsters who could make up the numbers if needs be. A match winner, whether that's a striker or a playmaker, should be top of the list.
