behave yourself before last night 3 clean sheets on the run and unbeaten in 6 ok we have not won many in those six but we are looking a much better team again if we had not conceded so late fans would be saying good result defended really well if it was not for cech we would of been winning the game by then. then a big call went against us barry is a liability and was always going to get sent of at some point but the ref missed ivanavic putting his head in then he was involved in the winning goal sometimes you need a bit of luck and ours ran out in the 88th minute in roberto we trust we are everton so stop with the out shouts and support the man and the team

i agree with jonsey, he should be next, the guy has lost it, always plays 1 winger, subs are terrible, I do agree that the players done well but I think rm is well out his depth.i have no faith in him at all, we will draw at Leicester and lose against gunners, we will prob be in relagation zone then, that's what he is good at, takin a team into a relegation battle, get him out now before its too late!!

Johnnyday, you sound like Roberto mate. He is supposedly a manager of one of the best Teams in the land, yet he comes out with such comments as he did with regard to free kicks and corners. He is also one of the few managers I have ever heard who regards losing 1-0 playing the right way as a plus. No wins since December 15th is relegation form. It is about time some including our Chairman got their heads out of the sand.

so I sound like roberto because i'm not all doom and gloom we have started looking like a team again if you want me to start screaming roberto out it will not happen yet. last season you all loved him now after what most knew would be a extremely difficult season you want us to sack our manager behave yourselves

Barry is off so banned, does that mean 2 matches for his 10 yellows and another for his Red!! please be so and hopefully 1 for good luck. lads huffed and puffed tonight and showing more fight so that's a positive.
Did anyone see lukaku and another arguing with Martinez?

Believable7 Unbelievable3

{Ed025's Note - i think it was naisy pauly, but dont know if it was an argument mate..

11 Feb 2015 21:58:01
Can we appeal his Red?? When we lose the appeal he might get a longer ban:)

Cheers ed, damn I thought lukaku was going to carryout a player power style take over! Oh well onwards and upwards, I bet Martinez says: momentum, phenomenal, moment and unique.

accident waiting to happen with Barry playing, he has been a good player and still is but unfortunately his lack of pace means we are in effect only sending 10 men out. Then we have the No 10 situation, Roberto's obsession with putting his best individuals out means inevitably the team suffers because players are stumbling over each other. We need width again which means Lennon and Mirallas. I like the back four as it is at the moment, GK not much difference which is good. Besic Mcarthy in front, Barkley or Naismith, then Lennon, Lukaku, Mirallas.

According to various sauces (echo and gobbledygoop) we have offered lukie garbutt a new contract.

Ed, what are the rules regarding young players moving at the end of their contracts? I read somewhere that if Garbutt is offered a new deal then a fee will have to be paid regardless of whether he signs it. Didn't seem right to me tbh

{Ed025's Note - im not sure how it works spud, possibly sid will know, failing that i will find out off another ed mate...sorry..

Ed025: Rule V17 from the current Premier League Handbook reads -
"Provided that the following conditions are satisfied, a Compensation Fee shall be paid to a Transferor Club by a Transferee Club upon effecting the New Registration of an Out of Contract Player:
V.17.1. the Out of Contract Player in question must be under the age of 24 years;
V.17.2. on or before the third Saturday in May in the year in which the Player’s contract is to expire or, in the circumstances mentioned in Rule U.34, within 4 days of the last relevant F.A. Cup match or League Match in that year having been played, the Transferor Club must send to the Player Form 30 offering him a new contract on the terms therein set out, which must be no less favourable than those in his current contract;
V.17.3. any offer made on Form 30 by a Club to a Player under the provisions of Rule V.17.2 shall remain open and capable of acceptance by the Player for a period of one month from the date upon which it was sent by the Club by ordinary first class post to his usual or last known address;
V.17.4. a copy of Form 30 must be sent forthwith to the Secretary.

So, of we do things properly as stated with Luke Garbutt, then a fee would be required if he decides to leave - which is just what we did NOT do properly with Dan Gosling.
Anyway, I want Luke Garbutt to stay with us.

{Ed003's Note - If he let his contract run out a panel would decide what they think his value is.}

Cheers sid and ed003 for the info, let's hope he stays rather than us picking up a paltry sum as compensation
