If the limit of our board's ambition is Premier League survival (hopefully mid-table or top-half and occasionally higher finishes that get European qualification), a domestic cup run every few years (but no actual silverware), selling our better players as the only way to fund substantial incoming transfers, an old (albeit "grand old") stadium that cannot possibly generate the level of income that other clubs earn, then at least give us entertaining football to support. I try to appreciate the realities of what is needed to get results in the Premier League, but a continuing diet of boring "survival" football is not what I - or IMHO not what the majority of our fans want.
BK knows that it's getting "bums on seats" that measures the success of his shows. We rarely get capacity (40,000) home crowds and our average (35,000?) will surely decline if lack of success is compounded by rubbish performances. Once a blue, always a blue.
That defeat to has been coming. the hole team looked leggy there is no passion, some of the players need to be rested. Maybe he should start playing the kids and give them five or six games.
Our board has to resign they are a bunch of freeloaders who don't put anything into the club, at least our bitterest rivals backed there manager in january, we just go a load of nearly done deals from elstone, we are not stupid stop all this BS
