Idrissa fantastic again last night.

Godfrey needs a mention as well.

Will give Godfrey for his last ditch challenges but he is never going to be a full back. Though you can't knock his workrate.
I thought Dom was immense, he totally bullied their middle two, they just couldn't handle him.

Godfrey is primarily left sided we have injuries Micky cannot play right side. Godfrey is one of our better players.

I think Godfrey is worth keeping, he gives his all every game. Ok he has his weaknesses, but he puts a shift in every time he plays.

Just watching our game from last night again for the umpteenth time and the passion in that match was something else particularly when the Branthwaite goal bubbled in DCL came steaming in to hit and make sure and second half DCL heads in after Tarks does a number on Van Dyke brilliant stuff, if only we played every game like that.

Yo Ed25 I said it last week that if we win is it one of the most important Derby wins? In terms of our Prem survival and massively dented Liverpools title hopes I think it could

UTFT.

{Ed025's Note - we wanted it more than them BB, it was a very good performance mate and it all but makes us safe..

I was listening on the radio before a night shift, atmosphere sounded amazing. And yes sounded like we out fought them all over the park.

Great result last night players stepped up and showed that they are better than what we have seen.
Was getting worried when we sat back again (being honest I am not a fan of that) , but the second goal killed them off.
Still don't like this hoof ball as the players have shown that they can play.
Onwards to Brentford now, a win there and we should be safe. But we have to play with the same intensity now, the players have shown that they can do it.
UTFT.

Fantastic result last night, still not the prettiest of football but the energy and determination was there.
Thought Tarks was superb at the back, seemed to get on everything. And I don't know if anyone else noticed but he had a little word with DCL before the corner came in. Think it was along the lines of "I will block this fecker give you a free header".
As for DCL, well it just shows you when fit how good this lad is. Up against two defenders and he bossed them all night. Imagine how good he would be with another striker alongside him.
People saying we have poor players and that's why the manager can't get a tune out of them. Well they were singing last night.

Yes mate Tarks played a blinder with the corner, did you see him push Dick van dyke out of the way 🤣.

Cmon now, who saw that coming? What a result!, 1 more win should all but definitely make us safe. Coyb.

These journos go down the pub for their info. The truth is Liverpool didn't play badly and had their chances, the game could easily have gone their way. Our lot at last played as if they meant' it. DCL had a blinder but again often isolated and taking on their backing on his own. That Everton last night is all we have been asking for. Question has Dyche finally seen the light.

Said I had us down for 5 more wins before Chelsea game, granted I thought we'd beat them but well on course for it, i think it was suggested I'd been on something haha.

Also we could have won by a far greater margin, the no pen fron DCL and a McNeil ever sooooo close with his blistering shot.

The hilt edge Nunez and Diaz misses were also massive in context of the game GB especially nunez and the timing of it.

We out fought them all over the park and each one to a man stood up. Be very high to replicate that on Saturday V Brentford pal, a lot of energy gone into that won which barring a freak set of results should guarantee our survival.

All can hope is that with a global audience watching and our phenomenal support on show that some new eyes were open to what potential we have from a investment point of view.

The most pivotal moment of the game for me was Godfreys clearance early on, always feel we need to score first and would have dreaded going one behind then.

Well that was the best i've felt for ages as an Evertonian. Absolutely class performance from everyone, first win at Goodison in 14 years, stopping them, a nice farewell for Jurgen.

Absolutely buzzing. Finished work 2pm (colombia time) thinking about the game all day, dreaming we could scab a point off them, one more win and safe. And then we go and put in a performance like that, chuffed to bits.

Thought DCL was fantastic all night and bossed Van Dijk and Konate. Got to mention Godfrey also who I thought didn't put a foot wrong all game.

You have to give the gaffer credita after that, 3 wins, three clean sheets. First win at Goodison over them in donkeys. get in!

Yeah I think a win against Brentford seals it, and we would go above them. I just hope the takeover stuff calms done, I have this romantic idea some other group will come in and run us properly, 666 give me the fear big time. But then again so does Moshiri.

Really wasn't expecting that. Thought we were done for after the Chelsea game. Fair play to the lads and the staff for the reaction. Might not be able to match the top teams for individual quality, but when you work that hard you make your own luck. Proper number 9 performance from Dom. Absolutely buzzing.
