Use our rumours form to send us everton transfer rumours.

23 Apr 2011 22:58:50
Heard A around this today that american investors where having a guided tour of goodison park one of the investors said it is clear that everton need a new stadium and we are more than happy to invest in your club! ! but he said that we need at least a top 5 finish next season if they wish too keep there investments in our club. They are suspected to have around 300 million to give us to last us for 3 years of transfers and are willing to pay as much as needed to build a better stadium what are your thoughts Ed on who will be likely targets for everton given the budget????

{Ed002's Note - I have to say I don't find this to be plausible at all.}

23 Apr 2011 20:15:59
Spoke to stubbsy at a city restaraunt on thurs! everton will very very soon HAVE NEW OWNERS! ! so as i see it this could be more than just a rumour. gotta say though he convinced me that's for sure. {Ed007's Note - Big Stubbsy is a complete gentleman, met him a few times when he was up here at Celtic, not saying you are right, just kudos to the big man, travelled away up to aberdeen to see him make his debut and he got sent off!! I had raved about him to all my mates too, thought he was a great player and a really down to earth guy}

I have your rooney jersey ready shaun and a rio one for you tezza for today , matching scarfs and a winning team , there is one snag though i couldnt get snodin a branded straight jacket [ takeover talk ] so its just you two and me

***************************************

Must reluctantly decline your kind offer, I'm a bit busy today, (kettle to descale) & I would guess that shaun will think up an excuse too, sorry - be busy as well. Just a quick thought - do you ever wonder why you never have anyone to go to Mould Trafford with, even though there are 70 odd thousand glory hunters like yourself to choose from?

Why Does everyone say that everton will be bought out every year without fail! its not gonna happen so we should just accept that! Everton will always be a great club with a great history

In response to this: Judging by what Moyes has said in the press there is not going to be a takeover and no investment is on the horizon. Just wish people would except our position and stop living in cloud bloody coo coo land. With what we have now is not far off a great quality team. For all the abuse against Everton we get on this page its always tinged with one of our players going somewhere else so we can't be that bad. If we do get a take over / investment I will be as happy as anyone and look forward to seeing what happens.

I can except for what Everton is, A proud Club with a great history (5th most successful club in England) at the moment.

We have matched our richer neighbours this season and took 4 points. Against other top teams we have held our own on most occasions. Very disappointing start with expected late bloom.

All in all were not Man U but were not a Blackburn. Evertons time will come as will every team's in the history of things. The once great empire of Liverpool has now bit the dust however much they try to deny. Man U are clinging onto power and a great team but I can see a decline when Fergie goes. Every Dog has its day guys but I will always be a blue and Everton will always be great today and tomorrow. (Que the boring Neanderthal school ground comments)

In response to this:Very briefly. Following a chance drink and chat with Keith Wyness in a local public house on the Wirral with a business colleague; Mr Wyness intimated that Everton have two potential interested investors, or buyers. Of the two he was dismissive of one as not serious; albeit, the second one is a serious interested investor and went on to state is an American Investor with deep pockets .
Furthermore; Mr Wyness went on and digressed and suggested that Liverpool FC we re considering in not progressing with the Stanley Park Stadium project and that they are looking more likely to develop the current Anfield Stadium. This leaves Stanley Park as a serious alternative for Everton should Liverpool not take up their option on the site. Mr Wyness is still involved with Everton and is tasked with finding a buyer / investor for the club.TOTAL RUBBISH keith wyness is no longer the ceo at everton get your facts right

Moyes is on his way at the end of this season. Thinks he has taken us as far as he can. M O'Neil being lined up.

17 Apr 2011 09:53:17
That time of year again were rumours r rife the richist man on the planet is buyin us givin moyes a billion quid 2 spend and r gettin a 500,000 seater stadium i don't believe anything till there is something concrete as at this moment is speculation as with felliani i think they will offer him a stupid contract which he will never sign just 2 push him out the door its the everton way sell a big player and bring in 3 small players with portencal i may b wrong but this is the way r club runs(have u heard anything ed) {Ed002's Note - Nope.}

16 Apr 2011 20:50:24
They should have a yoyo on your badge cos that is what your club is . up and down

who do u surport we always get top half finsh with out spendingg s**t loads look at the dirty kopsh*ts spend all that money an only 1 point i front at least our players play for passion an not money. we are the peoples club u are a yanks club toffee shaun {Ed001's Note - clean up your language, this is not a site for just pathetic abusive posts.}

Seen felli in asda whilst buying my usual frubes and he did confirm that he was unsure on what will happen in the summer.

15 Apr 2011 01:27:27
Dave nugent is a toffee . he is a world class striker . he could get us eh eh eh come to think of it hes sh. e . the thing is hes cheap and that's why you will take him . every year it will get harder and eventually you will go down cos of lack of money , you know its the truth

14 Apr 2011 18:45:52
Why are people happy with the prospect of michael ball and david nugent? jesus wept, is this where our ambition lies?? a well past it left back and a lousy striker that proved he couldnt hack it when he was given his chance! all that's different is that he's a year older!

the priority has to be keeping fellaini. if he wants to stay like he says he does then we pay him what is arteta is on and sell yakubu and yobo to fund this deal. i reckon he is that important to us.

i can see rodwell going and if we get the silly money being quoted then he should be sold. with the 20 million atleast all the media reckon we are going to get moyes could get 2 quality players out of that. a striker and a midfielder. i personally would go after that mbokani and charlie adam. u would easily get the 2 for 20 million, probably with some change left over to bring in a couple of young prospects. yakubu and yobo will be replaced by the good group of young lads coming through; gueye, velios, barkley, baxter . . .

14 Apr 2011 13:38:53
Rodwell to utd , deal done .

Hello again Ed just did some research on the everton badge the original had railings going around the base of the tower on level ground. this was modified in the 80 s to show the railings going round at an angle to show the tower on a hill. in 1991 however the bloody french of all people " i know the french " le coq sportif decided to raise the railings on the left hand side and leave them half way up the tower to resemble what now looks like a helter skelter. trivial you may think but its a digrace i say a damned disgrace. any evertonians agree?. how do i start a campiagn to restore the original badge back on our shirts. any comment Ed thanks {Ed001's Note - the first thing to do would probably be start FB pages, a website and then try and get all the Evertonians you know involved. Email the club as well and post on all the Everton forums.}

12 Apr 2011 19:33:11
Why don't everton use players fines on euro millions more chances than an shiek strolling up goodison road.

12 Apr 2011 18:48:32
Hey ed why is that helter skelter thing on ruperts tower on our badge. it never used to be there. it used to some kind of railings circling the towers base?. {Ed001's Note - I don't remember it ever being any different sorry, the badge has defo not been changed in at least ten years.}

Yobo, Heitinga, Arteta, Yakubu, Bilyaletdinov, and Vaughan all out at the end of the season . . which will create almost 30 million to be spent on:

Matt Jarvis - 6 mill
Miroslav Klose - 5 mill
Ever Banega - 5 mill
Wes Brown - 3 mill
a couple of loanees perhaps too. .

the rest will go towards clearing some debt . . not great times for the skint Blues . . but as always, they'll punch above their weight. As for Moyes - it's only 50/50 whether or not he'll be staying (may do so if Baines, Rodwell and Fellaini are not sold) . . Dave Jones or Sam Allardyce the (poor) options being looked at.
Whatever you are smoking it must be great
Matt Jarvis- 10 mil plus
Klose- lol have him
Banega- 15 million!
Wes brown- ha
Everton are s**tE

Why do people who haven't even got a basic grasp of spelling post on this site & expect us to believe them? This from someone who thinks David Moyes would leave Everton to go to Villa. After The Hammer's ridicule of his post :-

Not a crystal ball my friend, got the info from a very good sauce who has very good contacts.

'Emmanuel adebayor to everton in swap deal plus £5 million for marouane fellaini plus diniyar bilyaletdinov to spartac moscow for aiden mcgeady'

How does that work? Real Madrid don't even own Adebayor. . . {Ed002's Note - Perhaps he means with Manchester City.}

Yeah i base everything on wiki

05 Apr 2011 21:46:13
Everton

In July 2007 Baines rejected a move to Sunderland, after their bid of a reported £6 million was accepted by Wigan.[6] In the following month he signed for Everton for an initial fee of £5 million, with another £1 million in add-ons, dependant on Baines' appearances for Everton.[7][8] Baines maintains that he later supported Everton from age 14 (following a flirtation with Blackburn Rovers) and would try to enter Goodison Park for free during the second half of matches

Stright from Wiki

You Red SH. E Know your facts befor you post, why would he go back to you when you reject him as a young player and we have made him into a ENGLAND PLAYER,

Ed is there any truth that peter reid has rejoined the squad and is bossing the midfield at training , still can do a job fellow evertoinans , onwards and upwards boys {Ed003's Note - No}

04 Apr 2011 19:11:21
If we r getting taken over why would we sell Baines the best left back in the country, and buy two muppets from the shower across the park. If we did get taken over we r a rb, rm, lm, and two quality cf from title challenging material.

Buy out Kenwright for 100 million, 80mill investment in players, only after securing cl place sort out ground already got Moyes in to oversee it all everyone's a winner now someone stump up the cash. Before we lose Felli, Rodders, et al doesn't happen now it is over for us.

Everton to do a swap across the park with lucas and Meireles for Baines Also Barton and Nugent on there way Eboue is also a target this summer and everton will be taken over this summer so we will have a budget of around 100-200 mil

The trouble with everton at the moment isn't all the money woes its bill kenwright! god knows how much he loves the club but its that which is stopping him selling to sensible offers, he wants to sell and retain a major role within , that just aint gonna happen so bill do us all a favour and sell the club to the highest bidder, moyesey gets the cash , we keep our best players and bill my friend you sit in the stands with the rest of us !

Six pointer this weekend lads . lose to villa and it could start the slide . you have a lot of players out and if villa do you they might steal your manager at the end of the year . huge game for you . win and villa are in trouble . dave nugent is a terrible prospect for you and you should really be asking questions re bill and his merry band running you in the ground .

After the take over everton will sign lukaku & defour

?? ?? What take over?? ?? Your all lunatics on here, why is it everyone is under the impression a takeover is imminent yet nothing has been announced by anyone! Let's face it the talk of takeover comes an goes every season and nothing ever happens does it?? It's Bills way of keeping the fans at bay until we hit a winning streak and are happy again on the Blue Bill Merry go round. . Take over my arse! !

01 Apr 2011 19:10:19
Rumour that you want david nugent on this site . i will admit i slag toffee tezza and shaun etc etc but to hear you talk about dave f, , king nugent and how you want that just proves my point . you are finished as a top club . . . . . . . . . dave nugent im in shock although in the championship hes a top striker so maybe a perfect fit .

01 Apr 2011 10:37:44
Joey barton will sign this summer on a free as will nugent, we will also sign a centre half and if you take a look on the celtic page them lot think scott brown moving south this summer and that beckford is one of their targets, so maybe could be a swap deal like their saying

J D Rockerfeller to outbid J P Morgan for the club
it's common knowledge on wall st.

01 Apr 2011 00:30:53
Ive heard de gea aswell ed, also heard the howard one too but yes wes browns on his way according to manure fans, nugent we hear every year all year, i say just try it see what happens, hes on a giro wage and free :) winner, can't be as bad as saha, the 6 good games every two years striker we pay 50 grand a week to can it ed? {Ed001's Note - good point and he would run himself into the ground for Everton. Can't be any worse than Anichebe or Vaughan have become. What happened to them? They looked so talented as kids and it seems to have vanished into thin air.}
- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
ed, david moyes is an idiot for not using vaughn, he comes on he runs non stop, he scores he goes mad with the fans and kisses the badge then we loan him out same story everytime, he always gets injured running himself into the ground, hes quality when fit though but needs a chance, anichebe not even we rate him haha the lads rubbish, should of stuck to being a ball boy, yeah id give nugent a go, i think it may just be a hidden gem, the way osman is, osman pulls the strings for us and we miss him when hes out yet he doesn't got a fancy name, hes just a local lad whos passionate, i rekon that's what we need again? ?

01 Apr 2011 00:21:35
know anything about all these rumours linking fellaini away from the club?

also nice to see the nugent rumours have started, let me guess riquelmes next haha

01 Apr 2011 00:26:03
Im with the ed on this one ferguson would certainly have them running round after everysecond ball and playing with passion, only problem is, would he turn the likes of fellaini and beckford who are already tempremental worse haha, i don't want to see screech knocking people sensless haha dave jones would be a good choice if moyes left, reid not so much, passionate yes but ability to get the best out of the beckfords and artetas and cahills i doubt it, nah gary speed is a rat {Ed001's Note - why do you think he is a rat? He is an Everton fan, he only left because of personal differences with the management.}

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -
gary ' sh**house ' speed is the biggest rat around lol
he left us as soon as s*** got hard and he thought he was the conckers, but yes he is an everton fan, ed do you rekon he could take us places? id prefer an old school manager myself, a hoddle, keegan, daglish, saf, gradi, redknapp someone in that mould?

31 Mar 2011 23:07:17
Heard from a really good source that we won't actually be spending more than 3 million this summer but will be making alot more, apparently kenwright has said he will sell for the 150 million mark offered to him last summer if we clear most of the 61 million pound debt

so by all acounts moyes is gonna have a rebuild to get him through next season but still give him solid foundations, basically hes gonna keep those that want to be here and get rid of those who don't or are of real value

i heard michael ball will be brought back, hes currently training with us, moyes thinks it could give him the chance to use bainesys attacking skills into use more and play ball at left back with baines at left mid, ball is free plus, evertonian plus, 29 not the end of the world

richard dunne will partner jags, unsettled at villa and would only cost 2 mill apparently

we will keep our young stars like rodwell and coleman and barkley, osman will stay as will cahill, and beckford and anichebe, howard will stay!

joey barton and nugent will be brought in, both free, and both evertonians, moyes rekons barton has now calmed enough and turned himself to football more than before, and that he will add much needed steel infront of the back four so rodders can go foward more, moyes has always liked nugent, and on a free and 1/4 of sahas wages he rekons he can get something out of him!

ins will be:
langfield-aberdeen-gk-500,000
michael ball-free-Lb
richard dunne-villa-cb-2,000,000
joey barton-newcastle-cm-free
mgeady-moscow-straight swap for bily, neither can settle
andy king-leicster - straight swap for yak
michael owen-free-mancs
dave nugent-pompey -free

outs will be:
fellaini-25 million-real madrid
saha-2 million-besiktas
billy swap deal
heitinga-11 million-werder bremen or bayern, heard both interested but werder more likely
neville-1 million-spurs
arteta-10million-villareal, athletico bilbao, valencia all want him , and he wants spain squad so this is spuds last season they rekon
mucha-2 million-parma
silva-swap deal for dier, heard he wants home and dier wants permenant stay, loving life apparently
agard-2millionish- sheff utd

so we make what 53 million mostly clear the debts, bill sells we survive easily with a team of

GK-howard/langfield
LB-ball/bidwell
CB-dunne/distin
CB-jagielka/mustafi
RB-hibbert/coleman
LM-mgeady/osman
CM-rodwell/cahill/king
CM-barton/barkley
RM-osman/mgeady/nugent
CF-owen/beckford
CF-nugent/anichebe

that team easy survives relegation, and gets us our new owners while still giving moyes a solid platform to get us champions league football when we got new investers,

what you heard ed?

Bernard Mullin is the man behind the USA bid for Everton. He is a scouser and life long blue. If u don't believe me check the daily telegraph. Announcement to be made in late to end of may. The plan is to re develop goodison park. Expect Moyes to go for o'hara, Adams to bolster the midfield with klose as a striker. {Ed003's Note - It's Adam (ARRGH) }

The debts that are sinking your club means players have to be sold . expect a firesale in august even if you avoid the drop , if you don't expect admin . even if you do stay up [ 50 / 50 ] moyes will leave as he has taken you as far as he can . baines felllani arteta and rodwell are going . sad but true . howard and neville might jump the sinking ship as well but because of age profile id say on free transfers . good luck as really hard times ahead

Fellaini out gago in.
pavluchenko in if spurs get klose.
poulson in , nothing to do with baines .
rodwell staying, man u going for cheaper options.
osman will reluctantly go to QPR in the deal for taarabt.

I have a contact in Hong Kong who is adamant that a high profile Hungarian investor is interested in buying Everton this summer. The investor has scope for expanding the toffees image in eastern europe and although he is not yet fully committed to building a new stadium he is eyeing up plans to redevelop the old lady. 'The debts that are sinking your club means players have to be sold . expect a firesale in august even if you avoid the drop , if you don't expect admin . even if you do stay up [ 50 / 50 ] moyes will leave as he has taken you as far as he can . baines felllani arteta and rodwell are going . sad but true . howard and neville might jump the sinking ship as well but because of age profile id say on free transfers . good luck as really hard times ahead'

Ummmm Everton released the accounts last month, all is fine Mr Liverpool fan.

Depressing amount of delusional posters claiming to have 'source close to the club'. Where's the shame in admitting you go the game, but don't have any contacts at the club? Back in the day - the "history" you lay claim to in one of our club's famous songs - people went the match to watch the football, not to get some vicarious, groupie-style thrill from hanging out with the blackberry wielding bell ends who inhabit the executive boxes and the VIP sections of overpriced city eateries.

Rumour has it that Everton are h***ed. .

The boards strategy has failed and Kenwrights unwillingness to let go of his 'toy' will see the clubs assets stripped away and lesser lights come in and replace them. . Including the manager.

There is no takeover in the offing, smoke and mirrors. . Players will be sold and lesser players will be bought but the struggle will continue remember how it was before Moyes arrived, well its coming again I reckon!

Heitinga
Fellani
Rodwell
Yakubu
Howard
Saha
Bilyetdinov

All will be sold

No other player at the club isn t on the transfer list, so expect to see Baines become a bidding item

Players being targetted are the ones everyone knows about:
Chris Eagles
Andy King
Keiron Westwood
Alex Smithies
Nicky Maynard
Tom Huddlestone
Gago will only form a part of any deal involving Fellani, but its not really likely
Then there is a clutch of players from United forming a part of any Rodwell deal. . The only one worth mentioning is Wellbeck. .

It s rebuilding, but for which division.

Time to go Billy and his mates on the board without money!

(Grantchesters have said for years that they will put the money in to Everton, but not while BK is in charge of the club. .food for thought).

No, not if I can help it, but I don't watch Man Ure either. I'm Everton through & through & proud of it. My comment was based on what some Liverpool supporting mates have said.
