Hopefully Roberto will have who he wants lined up and ready to buy so business can be done early doors next window.
I would like to see us go for a powerful, pacy midfielder who can draw players onto them.
The lower teams in the league r setting up deeper against us, whereas the supposedly stronger ones are going to harass us further up pitch.
If we are to play possessing footy, we've got to have that midfielder who can hold and also drive foward.
We have a brave striker but only a handful of shots on target today.
Bit of a blip. but all will be forgotten if we beat the RS.

We need an Arteta or Cabaye type to thread a killer pass, no need for 2 defensive midfielders and our fullbacks are easily stopped because most of the play comes through the middle or they're marked out of it as the build up is tediously slow. 3 shots on target against a very ordinary Spurs team and the worst team in the league combined is not good enough.

Ossie is a great evertonion, I truly thank him for all he has done, but, the time has come to say thank you, wish him well, and move on. The truth is that he is no longer able to hold down a starting place on merit, this is not just based on to-day's game, no one in are whole side came out with much credit, but his performance was the pits and should be his last.

Could of, and should of won this. Very disappointing. At least we didn't lose.
90 min game in which we come alive in the last 10 mins or so.

Sorry? Could have and should have been 3 or 4 down by the hour. Absolutely diabolical 'performance'. That was like the first 3 games all over again, no urgency, drive or determination. Totally toothless up top and clueless at the back. If we play like this in a fortnight we'll be lucky to keep it down to single figures conceded v. And what's happened to Baines, Coleman, Mirallas et al? We look like a bunch of strangers and aside from a couple of good halves of football we've been pathetic all season.

Hardly say we were "pathetic". Agree it's in the style of our first few games, but we've been beaten once in the Premiership this season, which negates your claim that we're "clueless at the back". An off day. They happen at Everton.

Sorry, Loggins, but we conceded several clear cut chances to the worst team in the league, if they had someone who could finish we'd have been humiliated by a team who'd lost 7 on the spin. And it's been the same in the majority of games. We've played a few good half's, let's be honest here.

There's a saboteur in the camp somewhere, putting methadone and mogadon's in the energy drinks and it takes us an hour or so to wake up. There's no desire there whatsoever.

Sadly a bit like our performance today, loads of promise outside the box but nothing to get excited about in it.

He brought them on early enough unfortunately they carried on the trend of the match, far too reliant on walking it in to lukaku, all they done was soak it up hoof the ball up and we were all over the place, thank god they have a poor team because they had a couple of sitters

So another Derby fast approches! We've got to win this & turn us in to top 4 ee missed a trick last week with Spurs but C'mon over 100m to our largr war chest of 20m! We ALWAYS battle with the big clubs & hold our own, Draws I:m sick off but hey 1p better than O p's. Be V nice to thump 3/0 WE know we got goal scores in 1st team so fr the off this weekend boys x
