Any one reckon or Ed, we should play two up front tomorrow, with jelavic fox in the box and lukaku feeding him
Drop maybe McCarthy for 1 game so he does not get a yellow and go for a 0-3 win ( dreaming) maybe 0-2 {Ed025's Note - it will be harder than you think zulu, i would play just lukaku up front, with ross in the hole..for me jelavic does not warrant a starting place mate..

I agree jelavic does not technically deserve a start. But I just think he could get valuable confidence and playing 2 up front to see how that formation could work. Then again why change a winning formula! Ok Ed fair play you are right.

They both are! Arsenal have replaced liverpool as the second biggest club in the country. spurs are bigger than us, certainly at this time! Anyone who doesn't understand is not on this planet! Look at the facts before you post

Paul are you a spurs fan? Kyle walker better than coleman and now spurs are bigger than everton, wr have more trophies, better fans at the match and are just overall bigger, get a grip on reality before posting

I'm a spurs fan, but I wouldn't say Walker is better than Coleman, Walker has been poor for the last year or so. His form 2 seasons ago, showed real promise and looked like he would of become a world class right back. But seems to have declined ever since and has become somewhat of a liability at times.
I feel we have overtaken you with quality, some may disagree, but the table hasn't lied the last few seasons, but as for who the 'bigger' club is I won't comment as I don't know enough about your history {Ed025's Note - its enough to make your heart go whooooah :) thanks for your comments mate..

Of course spurs have overtaken us quality wise as you've just spent well over £100m, granted a large proportion was from the sale of Bale, whilst we spent a shade higher than £20m. Difference is your board backs your managers, ours don't. As for trophies won, Everton have won more, if that makes us a 'bigger' club, I don't know but we've been more successful throughout our history. Spurs have a better chance of challenging for honours these days though, if truth be told.

Who should we be signing as a striker to replace Lukaku when he leaves? I'm 95% certain we won't get him on a permanent so we need a replacement, both for him and Kone should he stay injured. Perhaps Hernandez or Rhodes? Imo rhodes would be a better long term target and seems a natural goalscorer.

They don't need to sell and would dent put a 14 mil tag on him either, considering how well he done last season and the fact they paid 19m in the first place
